Room was cozy and clean. Adequate for a simple stay as we booked due to its location - close to the wedding hall we needed to attend. Wish there was a full-length mirror in the room, or at least another mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

I’d stayed for 3 night but don’t have cleaner come to clean up my room

We do have daily housekeeping but we can only enter to clean your room with your permission which is either by putting up the 'Make Up Room' card on your front door and/or inform the receptionist that you wish to have daily make up. If you had done either one of these and still no cleaner came to clean your room, I would like to apologise as there must had been some due negligence on our side.
