Good hotel good location”
Near MRT pintu A, At Jalan Alor but don't eat here because everything is super expensive and overpriced. Staff or owner attending at evening and morning is a very efficient and nice fellow. I would come back here again. Room is clean, aircond super cold, hot shower, bidet, towel shampoo and soap provided, Cons: no tv and intermittent internet losing connection.

Excellent Hotel”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and the AC is damn cold! I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is affordable and most importantly, it is located in Jln Alor which is in Bukit Bintang. Jln Alor is a famous street food located in Bukit Bintang. Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit, Sungei Wang, Low Yat and Berjaya Times Square mall are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Mrt station is just 1 minute walk from the hotel while the Monorail station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Petronas Twin Towers also known as KLCC is connected through the Pavilion KLCC link bridge. There is also a free GO KL city bus which will take you straight from Bukit Bintang to KLCC. Waiting area is either at Pavilion or next to HSBC Bukit Bintang. Be sure to take only the Green Line free GO KL city bus if you are heading to KLCC.

The location near with Alor street, the staff and owners friendly but we must give doposit fund RM100, too much for backpaker traveller and any add hotel’s tax RM10/night

Right on Jalan Alor (street food heaven) close to downtown attractions. Staff was ok. Adam was the one who checked me in, super helpful and nice person, I was always happier on the days he was the one working. He takes care of all your needs. All workers in tourism should be like him! He is the gem of this hotel. Hotel was ok, small room with basics provided. Got coffee, tea kettle, toiletries and free drinking water. Adam even helped arranging transportation every time I needed. And made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Adam!

Value for money. The location is so strategic, at Alor Street. The room is not big enough, TV is not working. Water dispenser is available in the lobby.

Pro: big bed, clean bathroom(yeay!) ,great location, cheap laundry service too Con: dirty towels, dirty linen( I read about one reviewer he was talking about the hotel should put 2 sheets cover instead of one..yea I agree on that)..i found 3 strands of hair on bed and all are not the same LOL..reception was fast when i told them the AC leaking in my room,when i got back it's all done (good job)..AM staff was a bit rude,maybe just her tone. But overall the staffs are very helpful (: MYR50 deposit is required. SGD or USD is acceptable as long as it is equivalent to the said amount.
