The room is spacious, comfortable & clean. Near to HUSM and easy access. Inn located next to main road, private car park & friendly staff. Definitely worth the budget and would love to stay here again for next trip.

My room was upstairs. The room was smelled like cupboard, spider web was hanging in the toilet. Big problem was, there were cockroaches coming out from the aircond. Not one, not two but a lot of roaches. Swear to God it was disgusting.

Definitely worth every single penny spent, and will be coming back for our next stay. The room was clean,spacious, and very well-kept.The amenities provided exceeded my expectations (considering the rate). Parking is within the compound, so that was a major bonus point. The location was convenient, and near to one of the best seafood restaurant I have ever encountered, the Juara Seafood.

efficient owner - he will take care of anything if you need any, making sure that everything is working. ample parking space which can easily accommodate more than 10 cars. he even upgraded my room for free to more luxurious one as the room was not occupied at that time. clean hotel. i will come back again.

Best place to stay in Kota Bahru”

Great stay and Mr Din was so accommodating. He picked us up and drove us around and made sure we caught our boat the next day. Also on the way back he picked us up and then took us to a great restaurant nearby! I will definitely stay with him again...our group was very well looked after.

A 2 Stars Hotel with 5 Stars services ”

Feel very special when greet by the owner Encik Din when we arrive at the hotel, he is kind enough to bring us around Kota Bahru town at a very reasonable price. The room is clean and cozy especially the rooms downstair, easily a 3 Stars room standard. Eventhougn there is no cafe, you can always get delicious local food within walking distance from the hotel. Definetly will come back to stay.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. His kindness and hospitality made us feel like we're actually family members. The room is very cozy and there are seafood restaurant, satay kiosk (satay baung) and 24 hours convinient shop nearby. Would definitely come back if i were to visit Kelantan again.

Another pleasant stay enroute to Perhentian Island”

We were so lucky to find this hotel last year when we could not get decent accommodation at Kuala Besut Jetty for our overnight stop on theway to Perhentian Besar where many of my family go for annual diving/snorkelling holidays. This was my third stay at this hotel in 2 years. After the long flight from Sydney Australia to KL then onto Kora Bharu, it was lovely to see the welcoming face of the owner, Mr Din waiting in arrivals to greet me again! It is 15 mins to his hotel for a comfortable night's sleep then he will take you to the jetty the next day, 45 mins away, all at a reasonable cost. The rooms are clean and all have aircon & fans -go for the superior for carpetting & fridge in room however standard is also adequate. There are restaurants nearby & 7/11 opposite. The hotel is family run with courtesy and cleanliness a top priority. Thankyou to Mr Din ! See you next year !!!

Wonderful place to stay”

We had a great stay here. Mr Din is very kind and helpful and collected us from the bus station and dropped us to the ferry port the next day at much cheaper rates than a taxi. His family run place is clean and new and excellent value. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Comfortable Stay”

It was a relaxing stay, the owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of advice and pointers for our trip. It is a budget inn, but you are welcomed to borrow the facilities, and make yourself at home. Hope the owner would consider planting a few trees or bush in the front, and make the signboard more prominent. We missed it the first time and drove past it.

2 night stay for shopping on way to Perhentians”

Came last year en route to Perhentians. Manager/owner is fantastic, he is so helpful. Brought my sister & family from Australia this trip as well & she was just as impressed so will do her review under my 2nd booking. They immediately booked again to stay on way back fom Islands for another 2 nights so they could see all the sights of Kota Bahru. Thanks so much Mr Din , we will return!

Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. The room was very clean and spacious except for a trapped mosquito in the room. Very happy with the car park which is inside the compound of the hotel and it have sufficient parking lots.The owner is very friendly and very willing to take care of all your needs.

Overnight stay before going to Perhentian Besar”

The Owner gave such good friendly service. It will be a pleasure to stay here again on our next trip to the Perhentians. We were all so tired on arrival at Kota Bahru after flying from Australia with 2 children, 8 &10 years old. At a small price, the owner picked us up from LCCT. the rooms are modern clean and comfortable and the hotel is high standardwwith adjoining rooms for families available.
