Best staffs and room spacious”
Hotel location is near to high ways and city centre. Beautiful view of Fujairah Grand mosque and mountains and only few minutes drive to Indian ocean beach .

I had stayed many time in this hotel and every time I give priority to this hotel for many reasons such as the spacious rooms, the interconnected rooms option in case you book to rooms, the cleaning which good enough, and always I feel happy for the value I pay. Nowadays it might a little bit annoying due to the constructions of the main road in front of the hotel. The hotel is short of some facilities but in general is really good and I would recommend it for the families who are looking for interconnected rooms or hotel apartments to accommodate his family all together.

had a great room with full kitchen which is great as i was on my own and did not feel like going to restaurant everyday. i still tried the restaurant which was not that cheap but great food. just staid there fir business and will be back!

Not happy at all”
Over prices for the day. You get some odor when you enter. Apartment turned hotel so you know how will the rooms look like. There were cockroaches roaming freely around. No toothbrush or slippers kept for guests. I called the reception to ask if they can provide an extension for next 2 hrs. They guy was rude and said “NO NO YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT AT 11” when my orginal checkout time is 12.

They have big big rooms but it's kind of old and not cleaned well. Good for just a one night stay when you need a place to sleep otherwise there are other hotels with pretty much the same rates but better facilities.

Old & Weary Hotel”
I stayed this last new year's eve, it has dim/dark light in the corridor and inside the room. The plumbing fixtures inside the bathroom are very old and needs of replacement. The floor tiles are not the clean properly, Air condition, heater and exhaust fan are making awful sound like it has maintenance issues. the ambiance in the lack improvement. its a very sad hotel.

the hotel looks so old inside and over decorated. Its too dark in the hall way. The room are very untidy because on the sofa is too old and the floor is dirty as well as the facility, phone is not working. The towels looks like an a decade ago. I wont be back on that hotel.
Value for Money”
First of all it was a long weekend in UAE and everyone was just rushing to the hotels for weekend getaways. It took almost 2 hours for staff to settle me and my faming in a room but they made it up for me by upgrading my booking to 2 bedroom suite. Afterwords, things were pleasant.
This was the second time I visited this hotel and both times my experience is not good. Booked this hotel this time again, thought may be they improved the service but unfortunately it was the same. The service is very poor. Housekeeping service is very bad; there were no towels in the bathrooms neither slippers. I had to call 4 times to get the towels. The only good point was the service at the time of Breakfast. Staff was really cooperative. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It does not have the attention to quality in this hotel”
they provide one towel with bad smell and there are no showers shampoo or other shower requirements, its 3 star hotel, not clean, staff are good. on departure they charge for stuff we didn't used, please make sure that you check mini bar before you stay in room. differently will not stay again.
There should be some activity area for kids. There should be swimming pool as all of the nearby hotel having pool. Our room was facing towards Novotel Ibis, where my son can see pool all the time. He made our life so difficult. There were no slippers and iron stand in the room. Linen (duvet covers / sheets / pillows / all towels) were too smelly and torn off. TV channels were not accordingly. There should be a valet service as parking was huge issue. There was no guides / booklets for those guests who were new in the city like us. Or at least staff should guide the guests about the hotel inside and the nearest landmarks around the hotel. Good thing was that room were very spacious. Staff was courteous.

Everything about our rooms was good and comfortable. Clean beds and rooms. Only they shouldn't put worn out furniture or decor anywhere in the apartment as it creates a very bad impression. The dull, gloomy Corridoors could use a little brightening up to asd to the worth of the place.
Seen better days”
Stayed for 2 nights for business meetings. Rooms are spacious but looks tired. Bathroom not so clean, and room service is quite bad. Plenty of better hotels on the same stretch of road, with more or less the same rate.
Big rooms and a cheap option”
Not bad. We were upgraded to a huge 3 bed. Great value. Good restaurants close by. Cleaned well. Best cheap option in Fujerah. Second time staying here and no front desk wake up call at 2:00 in the morning. I thank you for that.
Was an excellent stay. We were a group of 8 friends. We got very big rooms. Even thought we booked 1bhk apartment . We were given 2bhk. Overall it was a very good experience for all of us. Trust level in agoda.com has gone up to 200% as all the hotels I book through them is earning me respect and trust from my friends as I am always incharge for hotel bookings of our trip.
Nice big rooms but unfortunately the front desk could not manage our booking effectively. We booked for two nights. On the second they rung me up at 1:30 in the morning to inquire if I would be staying at their hotel. This was while I was sleeping in their hotel room. I asked them why they didn't check their bookings more carefully. I also asked them if they knew what time it was. The front desk then hung up on me. I then went down to the front desk and asked them if it was a hotel policy to wake up their guests and then hang up on them at 1:30 in the morning. Unfortunately dealing with the front desk personnel face to face at 1:30 in the morning did not prove any better. He kept avoiding my questions and offering up excuses how it was not his fault. Not much fun. Hey, next time guys, I have a great idea. Why don't you just simply apologize and offer something to the guest in return for your mistake. Doesn't seem like a difficult thing to do.
