Cant get extra bed eventhough I'm willing to pay and really need it as i bring my 3yrs son together. No other option to upgrade the room as well. Sigh. Request for a pillow but they dont have it. Breakfast not much variety. It is okay if you not too picky person.

I was given a room without a window. For the price I paid overall it was fine: the room was tidy. It's a bit run down.. could use a fresh coat of paint and some thorough cleaning (dust/spider webs and stains on the bathroom tiles). They also rent out rooms for 3, 4 or 5 hours but I didn't encounter any of those clientele while I was going in and out of my room so it was fine.

Hotel Management should place at least a boiling kettle, 2 mugs and 2 teabags with sugar in room OR place a hot/cold filter water at each floor. Not enough with just keep 2 drinking water bottles.

The hotel located quite near to a pub so at night found hard to sleep if the hotel with window facing the main road. and hotel rooms are not sound proof so my next room was very noisy so it distract my sleep. And toilet floor and sinks are not clean. The bed is comfy

Budget hotel that is what you would expecting..”
Pricing good for deluxe double room and fast to check in room. Downside is initial room given had aircond leaking problem until the floor is wet, shower has slow water flow, and telephone unit is not working when I want to call the reception. Reception was quick to resolve the problem and gave me another room with good condition aircond. Overall, it is sufficient enough for a short stay like 1 - 2 days.

Need to improve the cleanliness ”
The room size was okie if only stay 2 persons. My mom almost fall down in the toilet because of their cleaning part. The toilet is damn dirty because of moss.

Please service your aircond... Place some perfume at the room because the smell in the room is so bad... also service the suis in the room ...i got a broken suis that i cant charge my fon😟... And last is the door.. its hard to open the door.. when i scan the card at the door , the door cant open.. i go to the receptionist but u just open it with a key.. then when i want to go out of coz i will close the door.. so again i scan the door it cant open.. i need to go to receptionist again n again.. but so bad idk what u do i just wait for a long time then i do decision to open itmyself...it so hard until i can open it.. please upgrade and service your facilities in your hotel...tq

The worst hotel I been stayed ever ”
This is not hotel , this is ghost house ! I booked because shown Agoda Preferred but very dissapointed ! Firstly the receptionist super impolite , once I step into room very dark even toilet and furniture dirty yellowish & old , really make me angry because of the toilet with lock ! I called reception and ask to change room immediately , receptionist said u can change but another room smaller u have a look , ok I change another room , better a little bit but still same toilet no lock and air cond totally no cooling air is hot wind , 2nights almost RM300 ?? Definitely will not come again !!
