The aircond was not working and the staff did not take action immediately after we reported. Same goes with the toilet flush. Not really clean but still bearable. Morning, the male staff was a better worker (more helpful and friendly). The night receptionist was playing her phone most of the time, claiming not to know anything.

Receptionist sleeping at counter and need someone to wake them while checking out . Access card to be activated Everytime we enter the room done at the counter . The worst part is nobody tells you this information. You go up and come down . Then having KFC at the reception while handling your access card . Yes ! Sauce in their hand and holding my access card! Unethical !!!!!!!

Best hotel so far”
U have stayed in many oyo hotels and other hotels too but this oyo hotel is the best one so far specially the behaviour of the reception staff was so good in comparison with other hotels. Only negative point is this hotel is far from the klcc . But worth staying .

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Only for the toilet that made us upset! I stayed with my family there and the toilet was super small and walls around looked so disgusting with stain! Couldn't have a peaceful shower had to rush out fast because of can't stand looking around the toilet! Other than that it was fine👌

I purchased this room via Agoda online and payment was made. When I arrived the hotel receptionist informed me that they don't have electricity supply and promised to find a replacement hotel for me. I waited almost 2 hours for them to call me back which at that time I already booked another hotel for myself. They promised me to refund the money which they never did. They put the blame on Agoda. Well I don't care who to be blamed, I purchased to stay at your hotel and u take the accountibility to makesure your customer get back the refund when you are not able to provide the accommodation. Not helpful and not recommended.

WORST EVER”
Upon our arrival around 9-10pm, our twin bed room wasn’t available during that time so they gave us another room with the same price but the room WAS FREAKING MESSY UNTIDY TOWELS WERE EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR WHAT WERE THEIR HOUSKEEPING DOING FFS?! After some complaints, they had decided to gave us a standard room but the room was a lot cheaper than we paid THIS WASNT THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR??????? GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Bad Facilities and Unprofessional Staff”
Firstly, one I found out the water heater was not functioning and informed maintenance. After a while they come and clarified the water heater was spoiled but did not update reception to provide us with a different room. Then, after complaining again I was given another room which I could move in after my meeting outside. However, once I am back, the room allocated for me was gone.The reason was, its full so they gave away my room. Not only that the air con is not cold and I had a warm night. Is this a way to treat a guest? I requested for a new room nicely and yet was not given and this is the first time I encounter being treated this way. In the end, I had to go to my meeting the next day bathing with cold water.

The Location is rather inconvenient for outstation guests that need to travel into the city because there are multiple tolls and no bottled water provided and the water dispenser provided has poor filtration and the chlorine smell is rather strong
