Hotel sgt dekat ngn attraction. Sebelah hotel tu ada sungai. so kalau dapat bilik yg ade window and river view. mmg agak cantik la. Hotel pun selesa and very worth it for money. So takde masalah utk berjalan kaki ke tempat menarik di bandar kelantan

Been staying for 2 night. Overall is good. U'll get for what you pay. Dont expect too much like other 5 star hotel. Location is good and easy to go anywhere around kota bharu town. I recommend this hotel for those are planning for vacation.

Great riverside location, big windows looking on to river. Room a bit worn out, but bed comfortable, shower good. Very close to many nice food places, staff helpful & friendly. Bad smell from bathroom drain, never mind. Overall, I liked the Ridel & stayed a week here, got a cheap price online. Kota Bharu a very fine place, the people are so friendly & pleasant.

Everthing ok! Just this first time, staff call i tanya jam berapa nak check-out and that time i tengah nak turun lift. Try la sabar sikit. I pun bukan selalu lewat. Boleh check kat semua hotel i chcek in, jam berapa i check in and check out. I lewat pun i tak minta refund, tp bila nak check in awal kena tambah pulak~ hurrmmm Pasal staff i tak tau nak bagi bintang,sori~(i tick 2 bintang sebab xleh nk submit klu missing star ni)
