She is very no manners! She used a warning expression told us to throw the rubbish (nasi lemak paper). We don't know because there is no sign board to tell us need to self service! Why talk loud to us? When we reach there, got two table also no throw the rubbish! The men staffs are very nice. Please give a lesson to the girl!

Hotel was good and clean, front desk was nice. A walking distance to the Kelana Jaya LRT station, but nothing much around here. Closer to Paradigm Mall but hard to navigate by foot due to major highway. Hop on RapidKL bus at Kelana Jaya LRT to get around.

The toilet is so small cant move freely. Parking need to put coupon. At least they could sell the coupon to ease us traveler. Overall is good.

Mirror only at the bathroom and its quite dark inside. The deposit quite high RM 100 and didn't mentioned when booked through Agoda and the breakfast only served at 8.30 am and we can't get breakfast because check out at 7.30 am. For Halal food you need a transport, no halal restaurant nearby and walking distance to LRT Kelana Jaya station.The room are OK. Thanks.

Not suitable for family”
Late in midnight there were people laughing very loud it think from ground floor. Its very disturbing. Im not sure who but its very noisy from 11 pm until 1 am something. Stay there because i got interview early in the morning but i cant even sleep peacefully.

Standard room was quite small. The bathroom also. Not much space to move .. and not many food options near the hotel. Good that I drove there , so I still find my way to nearest restaurants.

Too many rules ”
The only good thing is the place is near to the place that I wanna go. Breakfast is pack only nasi lemak and roti canai.. Nasi lemak is tasteless, not good at all!! Only tea bag serve. We have to make it ourselves, no coffee not even milo for kids!! We cannot bring to the room at all!! The room is like haunted room, aircond leaking and water heater leaking, water pressure is low. Only the lobby seems nice but not the room. The reception staff is not friendly and welcoming at all.. She should learn how to do customer service.

No convenient shop or any eatery around. There are only garages and maybe some hardware shop nearby. The old water pressure from shower heater is weak. The old aircon is super noisy, sounds like helicopter. No lift, only staircase. Overall, I will have better choice in PJ or KL for the same price eg. OYO in Sunway.

Toilet need maintenance and clogged, unfriendly staff, cleaner was making alot noise early morning, couldnt sleep well, however price is cheap, so can consider for short stays
