Satisfied stay”
The place is very nice and comfy, feels like home. Nice furnishings in the reception and the rooms. Clean rooms and full set of toiletries given. Water kettle is a plus point as many hotels don't provide this. Coffee sachet is provided as well. Wi-Fi is fast. Cool air conditioner. There's a TV in the room. Cafe is just downstairs for you to have meals. Convenient store (7-11) is just at the building beside it. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. The only disadvantage is that you have to pay parking fee during your stay here. The place is not really soundproof, but that's not really a problem. I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Thanks!

Convenience Stay in Bukit Jalil Area ”

friendly staff, modern room”
Good - Staff were friendly, room was nicely designed with adequate amenities. TV has many channels though mainly local channels. Bed was comfy and overall nice stay. Bad - Once arrived hotel, the parking attendants immediately rush over to request for payment RM10 for overnight parking. Lucky I have read reviews before booking and knew that the parking in basement is only RM5 overnight. So I drop off the bags with my colleague and drove to park by the street as we only want to check in and drive out. Only after done shopping and dinner, drove back and park at basement.

You still have to pay Rm10 for parking even you stay at the hotel. No reserved parking for hotel customer.

Staffs was very kind and helpful . He did follow up my request even I have check out from the hotel. Hotel didn't provide in-house parking but there's a paid parking available in the building. Still acceptable for the parking rate from the parking managements.

I been stayed for few times, but my stay this time there are some comments. The maintenance is needed, I had met door lock broken, toilet bowl blocked. Thank you for staff changed the other room for me to stay.
