룸 컨디션도 로비도 괜찮았지만 조식이 부실하고 가성비는 별로였어요 하지만 위치는 좋아요

위치가 좋은거 빼고 좋은거 하나도 없어요. 방 엄청 작아서 발 디딜 틈도 없구요 화장실도 더러워요 불쾌함.. 그리고 제일 어이없는건 이미 숙소 결제할따 사용료같은거 다 냈는데 마지막에 또 청구하던디요? 마지막날에 문 밑으로 청구서 던져놓고감 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 살다가 이런 호텔은 처음 가지마세요

불친절하고 시티택스와 보증금의 가격이 너무나도 큽니다. 그리고 짐을 맡기는데 돈이 추가로 들어가고요 호텔가격이 비싼 것에 비해 다른 서비스들을 이용하지 못하는 점이 아주 큽니다. 호텔 위생상태도 깨끗한 편이 아닙니다

I was very happy that my room was upgrade. I was received by the warmth welcome from Mr Mamuka and Miss Isha Jihan and I just feel that Paramount Hotel is my second home. Mr Mamuka remembered me that I ever stay at the hotel before. Miss Jennifer and Miss Janet are marvelous too and helpful. In fact all the staffs in Paramount Hotel are friendly and cooperative. Keep up with their good work and I will be coming back. I intent to stay again in Paramount Hotel sometimes end of October and early November 2019, so that I can see again the Halloween event at Times Square. I was there end of October 2018 and it was fantastic to see the Halloween Event. Thank you and best regards MOCHSIDDIK

Great design & great location hotel in times square”
The interior of this hotel is very good and the location is very close to Times Square, so it is very easy for those of us who like shopping. So you can put all the shoping bags at the hotel and continue walking around NY. We think this hotel is better than ROW NYC hotel.

Enjoyed My Stay”
The room is a bit noisy. Needs More amenities in the room. The lobby is real nice. Its location is perfect. I would love to stay here again. The staffs are excellent, very accommodating and helpful. Especially the Filipino guy at the Breakfast room, and the Front Office staffs.

Great place to stay BUT”
The hotel was perfectly located. Near everything. I just did not understand despite the facilities fees of the hotel there are still charges for packages that arrives and luggages that are stored while awaiting the flight. This is the only hotel where I experienced such charges.

Within 5 minutes of arriving, we got a parking ticket. ”
The valet and door person were nowhere to be found, but when checking out our parking total was waved since we are responsible for the ticket. The heating system was slightly loud.

Great location; super small room”
Though I reserved rooms for two and for two nights, the front desk person thought it was for one night and only one person (I did point out I have the documentation and payment to indicate two nights for two people!). so, we were given a room the size of a large closet with a full-size bed for me and my girlfriend. We are not big people and sleep like pretzels and were out and about most of the day, it was still disappointing and disconcerting. We loved the decor and proximity to Broadway, but will re-think our next stay at the Paramount.

Good location but disappointing hotel”
Disappointing. That’s how I would describe the hotel. - Our “Superior” room was really small. I was even told that is it was the “Best room in the category” when I tried to upgrade it. - Breakfast. What breakfast? Homepage said it opened 07:00 every day. Letters in the elevators said it opened 07:00 every day. We sat the alarm and went to breakfast and found out that it opened 08:30 - on a Tuesday! WHY SO LATE?! I’m really disappointed, I feel that we overpayed and that we didn’t get what we payed for. Only good thing about the stay was that we only booked one night.

Noisy”
Room was terribly noisy. You could hear absolutely every single noise coming from the street(room in the 7th floor). Cleaning was not ok, there was something glued down to the wall that stayed there during 7 days without being noticed by the cleaning staff. The hotel lobby is very dark and old fashioned. But the staff is very friendly and helpful.
