I booked the 2 bedroom Deluxe. Lots of sunlight 👍, air circulation is great due to the large windows 👍, good wifi, plenty of channels on the cable TV, friendly & helpful owner (Ms.Alma), nice swimming pool. Adequate kitchen utensils, light cooking is feasible anytime. Bunk bed is especially a joy for my 9yo niece 😄 Bonus: there's a great ice cream place right next to the lobby (Inside Scoop). The place would've been perfect if there were two bathrooms instead of one. Also, the sink in the bathroom was a bit leaking.

Everyone loves the apartment, very spacious, grab to midvalley cost around RM6-7 avg. provide 1 complientary carpark, provide enough towel & pillow for each of the guest.

We had a great stay, the staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The place was very accessible. The place was magnificent and great for families. Would definitely choose the place again when we visit Malaysia in the future.

hard to contact desk - since there's many pine cone the number in the agoda page is actually the other pine cone - how should i know? after checking my booking number is not there, then they transfer me to the other pine cone no clear direction on check in /out procedure. at a time she ask me to wait at reception, and the other time at exit gate - or sumthing like that other than that - its average

I am a return guest, but this time i booked the Avatas instead of southbank, and got really really disappointed. Cockcroach was found everywhere inside the apartment, looked like it was just killed by pesticide and didnt got clean up. How could i be at ease with a 3 years old children with me？ Furniture is abit worn out, location is good.

Overall it is good, only one thing is about the lady(Deseree) at reception who checked us in has a very poor attitude and unprofessional way of handling the process. But due to it's late check in after a long day activity and we are in group of 9, we just let it be. However I'll suggest the management to ensure your staffs are well trained, know how to talk with customer with courtesy. It's the only disappointing part out of all.

1) no contact number given. Hence communication was difficult. 2) no reply when messages were sent through Agoda. 3) check in time not stated and couldn’t contact them either. 4) the unit had a weird pungent smell. Please include more information so that your customers won’t be clueless.

Bad building facilities”
we stayed here for a night. Overall is very bad! 1. Parking is very expensive. They having hidden charges. 1hour: RM1.00 if you didnt remove your car before 2am mean they will add RM20 and then after 7am, they will start to back to charge RM1.00/ hour. However, what mentioned in parking charges is different....So, DO NOT TRUST THAT! 2. Too many of house rules 3. Only 1 bathroom. 4. The lady who handover the key talk a lot. So, Im not gonna take this place after this.
