우선 수영장에서 보이는 쌍둥이타워가가 멋져요 근데 옥상이이라 수영장물이 차가워 오래 수영은 못해요 높은층일수록 전망이 좋아요 KLCC 부근이라 쇼핑하고 둘러보기 괜찮찮아요 조금 걸어어가면 버스 지하철이용하기도 괜찮구요 장봐다가 조리해 먹고 세탁도 하고 편히 지냈어요 단.레지던스는 청소를 매일 안해줘요 샴푸 바디워시 휴지는 있지만 다른것들은 개인이준비해야해요 아이들과 5일동안 만족하며 잘 지냈어요

가격은 좀비싼면이 있는듯하나 가격만큼 만족도가 높은편임다 단, 호텔같은곳의 서비스는 기대하지마시길 고급형? 레지던스니까

Good stay with my friends”
We had a great stay during our staycation, the unit was clean, just toilet in the master bedroom the door was broken. and there is some "chinese sticker" there, it was suppose to remove because its not appropriate to other guest whom staying, but overall it as okay. ;)

So poor agent name chirak, i can’t access parking. The card problem but chirak don’t want comeback to solve my problem, he’s say stay the card 1 min at the sensor park but the shutter not open(he teach me on video call) I call him come to the lobby but he say “sorry im leave”. He is not responsible, very disappointing. Please reprimand the staff for being responsible, name chirak. All the fasilities, environtment 5 star.

Worst service ever”
Unit is outdated. Hot water becomes cold too quickly (boiler too small). TV was not working was fixed only a day before checkout (notified upon checkin though!). Invoice given from previous tenant incl private details. New invoice incorrect again, as was the 3rd attempt for correct invoice. Checkout had to wait as staff overslept wasnt in time at property (I almost missed my flight). All in all cleaning was good, unit outdated, cold showering, incorrect invoices etc. Not worth better alternatives nearby!

no front desk service ”
bad communication occured and waited at the lobby for more than 1.5 hour with no response from the caretaker. All of us felt so helpless stranded in the lobby waiting ... will not come again. bad memories

-Arrived 3pm , call the owner, she say taking the key, drag until 3:45pm only can check in. Poor service. Didn’t even inform me earlier how to check in and check out. -room condition not same with the photo in agoda. -dirty room, can feel sand on the bedsheet and ants on the table. -wooden floor broken, almost make me fall down. - only give 1 car park card and 1 room key. But the house entitle for 6pax. We got 2 car, another car got charge rm30 for just parking.

Not worth it to spend for 3 rooms unit”
Smelly and Dirty like no time to prepare the unit. 3 rooms but have 1 towel, when ask to send almost 7pm received. Tv cant use at all need to change another unit. After change another unit another issue cant use free wifi as advertise. Staff also bit blur dono how to talk properly cud be due to language barrier Need to improve lot thing specially cleanlines worst. Have experienced same place but others still ok.

Room not clean..when i arrive i see the room not clean fully..Bed matress like recycle and for me its danger for this time because of covid..Need to change matress and sanitize when another guest coming.

Room was old, one of the room has no proper door, has cockroaches in the room, water is not hot after 3-5 min.

Room very dirty,alot of cockroach,toilet door was spoil ,drainage hole was flood,toilet and wall alot place get mouldy,really have a horrible night with high cost

Worst place I’ve ever stayed”
The place is not as portrayed in pictures. The floors looks dirty, the sheets and bed sheets has holes in it. The kitchenettes are dirty and there are house flies around it. Even their staff is rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
