Rip-off”
The KL Airport is split into KLA 1 & KLA 2 if you fly into KLA 2 and book in KLIA = KLA 1 the "I" being a 1 then they won't let you thru the customs barrier unless you have a KLA 1 ticket. But don't worry there is another wellness sort term stay/Lounge at KLA 2 however the money for the KLA 1 booking is not refundable or transferable. The pictures were also deceptive but that's another story

unexpected ”
i was booked the suites for 4 hours with shower room, but they gave me a small box room like for massage with a sofabed and its noisy u will not able to sleep. the shower room separated to another place.but the bfast excellent at lounge

Not Flexible”
The map tagged location is not accurate so i booked a room in Plaza Premium by mistake thinking it is in the departure hall. And they do not allow my booking to be transferred to their KLIA II branch so i ended up having to pay extra for the second room

I expected a bed”
I really was expecting a bed, in stead there only was a relaxing chair and a door that could not be locked. Apart from that, friendly staff, small room with private shower facility.

Not even a bed”
This was a chair in a shower room. No bed for 2 people as booked. Not a hotel the door doesn't even lock it's a room suitable for a quick shower and that is all should not have been sold as a room to sleepover in, certainly isn't a suite!

Overprice”
Inside departure hall after immigration cleared. Small room with couch, not bed. Wall too thin, not comfort even for short nap. Terrible breakfast (snacks only).
