i love the arts hanging everywhere, ambiance is so relaxing, plus with free hot and cold water in kublai cafe., location is superb near korean food mart, food stall and mall, one ride going to airport to port to market... i will definitely stay here again.

Unique and quirky hotel”
Kudos to the friendly staff and artworks installed in the building. Our only complaint is the odor coming from the drainage of the bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

The place is like an Art Gallery. Every walls and corners of the place is full of artwork. Which is contrasting with the room, very simple with clean white walls and beddings. I had a nice stay.

You Get What You Paid ”
Pros: - affordable - good location - awesome art gallery - one of the attractions in the city you must visit - hospitable staff Cons: - no lift - building’s not updated and the hallway lightings make things creepy (or maybe just some effects for the artworks not sure) - the AC is working well but it’s really old and no cover - some cleaning staff accidentally left a dirty rug hanging on the wall lighting - no bidet in the comfort room - the bed’s like going to bury you to your sleep (literally) and it squeaks even when you move an inch.

A room within a Museum”
Lots of arts from entrance, stairs to hallways, but dont worry your room is safe. I like our room it has 2 big glass walls, such natural light is awesome.

The location is good, but we didn't get to sleep properly as the hotel is a hot spot for people who treat it as a lodge. Cleanliness could also improve.

It's like a hotel and a museum at the same time. It was great but the location is a little bit secluded - meaning there are no dine in restos or fast-food chains within the immediate vicinity.

Not worth the price. Needs cleaning, no good water supply- i couldn't even used the shower! The only good thing is the art. But the rooms sucks. Its not even safe to leave your things in the room because the door is broken. A card can be insert to open most of the doors!

location is good, accessible by walking to various malls and restaurants. room is spacious, strong wifi in the room. but no free drinking water available. shower has no hot water and the floor drain is out of order, water is blocked and doesnt go down the drain. tv channels are very limited, only 2 or 3 channels.
