주변에 전혀 인프라가 구축되어있지 않아 나갈수가없음 일찍 체크인하면 종일 방에서만 있어야하고 와이파이는 너무 느림 식당규모도 작아 조식 시간에 테이블이 없어 기다려야하고 딱히 먹을것도없음

The room is clean, the staff (lady from Indonesia) is very kind and helpful, compare to the other similar hotel or even charged you more. This one is really worth it! My room is clean, not too big but just enough. But the most important thing is cleanliness!!!

Very close to the Airport”
Overnight stay after a long flight, bed large and comfortable, shower great. Also free bus to pick you up from the airport

Close to the airport with a free shuttle! ”
The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was a bit annoying waiting a long time for the shuttle to come pick me up. Took about an hour from the time I called til the time he picked me up. Also, the take out menus in the rooms aren’t up to date and more expensive when you order.

Unprofessional”
I booked this hotel because I had a 10 hour layover. When I called to see if there was a shuttle bus that could pick us up before I paid for a $45 Uber I was met with someone on the phone who wasn't actually listening to me. The guy ended up hanging up before I could tell them to please call me back to let me know what the shuttle bus driver says due to my mother being in a wheelchair. When I tried calling back I didn't get an answer. I called about 12 times over the span of an 2 hours. I only received an answer once and I was told the shuttle bus driver had already came, but I was outside in the cold waiting to see the van and I never saw Quality Inn drive by. Let me add, my flight didn't land till late night (maybe 9:45pm to 10pm) so we actually didn't have as many people waiting for shuttle buses as I thought there would be so I would have seen the van easily. When I received an answer on the phone the 2nd time when told the van had already came I was told the van would come again, but again whoever answered hung up after they finished speaking without letting me finish asking a few questions and giving my number so they can tell me how long it'd be because AGAIN my mother is in a wheelchair so I'm not making her wait in the cold outside which means I'm trying to make sure she's comfortable while keeping an eye out for the van in the freezing cold. After waiting now for 2 hours (it was almost 12am) we ended up having to just spend the night in the airport since we'd have to leave the hotel by 3:30am to make it to our flight on time. They pretty much stole our $100 for the night since they never answered the phone after the 2nd time they answered after hanging up on me both time. It was an awful experience. I wouldn't even be mad if it were just me, but my mother needed a bed due to her pain making it hard for her to walk even a few feet. This place was overall unprofessional, had non-existent communication and put a horrible taste in our mouth for Dallas, TX. I'd

If you need a hotel near the airport with reliable and free shuttle service, this is the place to be. Due to its location you hear the airplanes starting, but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was free and had a good selection.

The hotel is fine but I was appalled to see the wasteful and environmentally damaging use of polystyrene bowls, plates and cups at breakfast. Sort that out.

Disappointing shuttle & driver service”
Staff service at hotel was good, however I was disappointed with the shuttle bus service and driver: 1. Even after calling the hotel, waited for almost 2 hours to be picked up at D1 in DFW airport. 2. Upon hotel arrival, the driver let my carry on drop from the van and broke the handle by not being careful when opening the doors. He even realised it but I was too tired and already upset so did not feel like placing a complaint.

Good for location”
Room smelled like smoke,suppose to be non smoking!!! Didn't want to go out for the night, went to vending machines. They took my money, told people on duty..... Instead of trying to help, they said "we will have to tell the owners"
