Great customer service with a smile”
Checked in at 4 pm and Joanne was nice enough to explain the room and location. She gave us a good room because our baby is 1 year old and needs his beauty sleep. We asked for the 2 night's and received a 3rd night free if we become a member and she registered us in minutes. Lu Lu was awesome and explain to my girlfriend about Niagara fall offers great entertainment and gave us advice where to visit. Sheets, bathroom were clean and looks new and updated. Location is great. Value is excellent. Customer service is very friendly. Will definitely be back soom.

Staff was very friendly! Good value for the cost! We were disappointed with only two things, one when we came the pool was under renovation and we didn’t know that at time of booking and the water in the shower took forever to get warm! Otherwise we had a great stay!

Accessible to restaurant and establishment around the niagara.Good staff. But im dissapointed because our fridge is smaller compare to the room we had before. The fridge is not cold eneogh for our food and drinks. But still i recommend this place.

The owner of the hotel must give the right description my.agoda .com gave ”
the wrong description which people are expecting . Hotel place is ok but my agoda.com sites has a problem . When i booked my hotel i booked 2 people with 2 kings bed cause i’m meeting my cousin too and she has to join me on that night. I booked and pay for 2 kings bed cause i want a big space when i sleep. So , i told the receptionist that i booked 2 kings bed then she said kings bed doesn’t exist here. So the agoda.com charged me for what i did not deserve and that is non repondable. Hopefully , they can fix it cause they were lying to people. Also the receptionist told us sometime people are looking for fire place cause agoda.com told them that there is a fire place in the room and also fire place doesn’t exist too. So, i would not recommend my.agoda.com for booking any hotel.

Decent if all you care about is a clean place to sleep for the night with a short walk to everything. The inn has the main building and on the side there is a small motel like rooms. when booking it doesn't show that. the room doesn't look like what is advertised but it wasn't bad enough to complain and explained the special price...i guess you get hat you pay for. can't talk about anything else as we really just used the room for sleep.

Bait and switch”
You think you're staying in a 3 star Hotel and then they hand you keys to laughable 1 star Motel acrross the parking lot. I was able to bargain with the manager to get a room in the actual hotel on the second floor. The hallway was under renovation and very dusty, but the room was much better than the Motel room. Read the fine print. It will tell you if you are in the actual Hotel or an outer building.

The hôtel suite si under rénovation , they use a very old motel near the hôtel. It was very dirty and not well maintain and the price of the room was St a regulor price.

We stayed at this location years ago and it was a great value. Now the renovations are well below the industry standard. The toilet seat didn't fit and the new flooring had holes under it. The trim in the bathroom was away from the wall and the door trim had been reused from another room. The staff were great

Dirty Carpet and Air Conditioner didn't work”
After almost a month of trying to contact the hotel manager Ann, I have not heard from her as she is always "in a meeting and will call me back" sad to say she never does. We booked a room, arrived around 9 pm, decided to have a shower as we spent the day at Safari Niagara walking around in 28 degree weather. After we got out of the shower we noticed it was only getting hotter in the room, the note on the a/c unit said not to turn the room below 68. When my wife hopped into bed I noticed her feet were black, as we both just had showers we were not sure how our feet could be so black. We finally figured it out that the carpet was so filthy it had made our feet black and dirty. There was no way at any point during our stay that it was 68 in our room. We were sweating so bad in our sleep that we needed to shower in the morning again. I let the front desk know about our concerns when we checked out and were told that Ann would contact us when she was in. Needless to say I've reached out o er 10 times in the past month to discuss my concerns with Ann but have not heard back. Steer clear of this place.
