Pros: located at ferry terminal.....right across the 7-11, decent price in comparison to other hotels, Cons: u will here the ferry horns, its a newer place but doesn't seem to have been built very good as already is showing signs of shady construction, poor choice of black tiles for bathroom as well doesn't help it look clean, younger staff workers need better training, I'd stay here again....but some improvements are needed IMO.

for the money its decent......its right where u come off the ferry. Beaches/restaurants are within walking distance if ur not lazy....7-11 across the street. U will here the ferry horn every departure but it was ok

for a newer built hotel its not built very well which is a shame.....if you are going to spend the money do it right the first time.....the workmanship and quality inside the rooms is not good

Ok when have no other options. Convenient as next to the pier. Convenient store is downstairs as least you can get what you want.

Bad cleanliness stay in my life”

The room cleanliness is very terrible.The bathroom is still dirty, have some leftover from the previous guess, the room have spiders web and thousand of ants. The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly when i ask them to check that the hot water from shower is not working. Not recommend to stay here at all.

Check in is at 2pm but rooms are not yet available. No toiletries in the toilet except towel. Staff do not know what to do and just ignore guests.

If you are to have a a good morning sleep than this is definitely not the right hotel. The noise from dock (boats and cars) is too loud. Otherwise all good.

We had 6 beds in room and comfortable.

The hotel just in front of the pier. Beside that have few restaurant and 7-eleven just few step away.

Overpriced Overpriced. Small room, darke bathroom, no windows ....with black walls. Difficult to shave. Shower had no power. No free water.....No tea making facility. Would not return. Worst hotel in 10 years travelling in Thailand.

Modern for Samet”

Pros: refurbished and modern rooms--many other Samet hotels are a bit old or run-down. Decent bathroom. Near the dock yet not noisy. 7/11 nearby and you don't have to hassle with taxis. Good value. Cons: If you want to be on the beach and feel like you are at Samet, then consider something on the beach. I liked the view with lawn-chairs, but do ask them to wipe them off.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff where very helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. The only negative is the rooms are on the small side and far from main beach but you can rent motorcycle in front of the hotel

The worst hotel staff service I had never seen before, safe box in room but can't used, not time expire but no breakfast, really don't want to talk to customer......

Modern design, exactly as it looks in photos. Enjoyed the interior of the room, decent size with a view of 7/11 and the pier. Bathroom was decent sized and there was a hot shower. Pricey stay though since it is not on the beach. Also, paying guests shouldn't have to pay to play on the pool tables. Close to bike rentals and is quiet enough from the party area.
