I was here for more than a week. The staff when I arrived was professional, upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been 3 days in this area and had many stressful experiences. But, immediately upon arrival here i experienced a feeling of safely and the most unusual experience that I was " watched over" and The God that I know had called me here that I might find the Peace that I am used to ( PEACE ABOVE ALL UNDERSTANDING) and safety so I may be able to sleep and find that " rim sleep " where we can be elevated above our turmoil and experience true HEALING.

Great room. Quite 😇 FINNALLY A PLACE TO REST WITHOUT DOORS SLAMING ALL NIGHT. PEOPLE YELLING, FIGHTS GOING ON. PEACE AND QUIET. HUGE WINDOW TO WATCH DALLAS GO BY. DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING BUT SAFE, SECURE AND CARED FOR BY MAIDS AND FRONT DESK. REBECCA WAS ESPECIALLY A BLESSING. EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS PEOPLE LIKE THAT. CARING, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. Friendly and accommodating staff. Decent and tidy common areas and rooms. * Pros: Two washers and two dryers for a $1 only per load (open 24 hrs.). + airports shuttle (to DFW and LOVE) available throughout the day. * Cons: Mini breakfast in a small brown bag due to the "Covid-19". It can definitely be served normally as it was few months ago.

Great price, great location, very helpful staff. Although the cleaning could be a little more thorough (2 trash bags full of questionable life choices were under the bed), I would definitely look here first when coming back to Dallas.

Rundown, but fine for one night ”
Needed a place near the airport for an early flight. The rooms and facilities are all very rundown (but clean), which makes it a bit depressing. The staff, however, were very helpful and friendly. And the free breakfast was better than expected.

Staff was down to earth. The room was supposed to have 1 bed . I got 2 beds that even together wouldn't make 1 bed because they were so small

2 Stars at best. ”
They began breaking down the breakfast nearly half an hour early, so if you enjoy your sleep and want to wake up to catch anything of a breakfast before the actual closing time, good luck. There was also cigarette holes all throughout the comfoter, hairs all throughout the bed, the place hasn’t had any updating in a minimum of 30 years, the smell in the hotel was just awful and made me feel like I required a shower after I left as well as that stench stayed on my clothes and everything else we brought in to the hotel. As for the bathroom, I’ve literally seen jail cells that look better. The mirror had writing all over it (same with the bed frame), the drywall was peeling off, nasty black grout throughout, lightly painted over mold stains and the tub had easily expired long ago. I had no option but to stay as I only booked because I saw 3+ star reviews etc and had a really short layover so I needed sleep. We would NOT go back.

Ramada by Wyndham Dallas Love Field is very low quality and dishonest hotel”
I booked the hotel from Agoda and I went to the hotel. The lazy and idle fat lady in the front desk told me there is no room available. I told her I booked and paid and she repeated impatiently that there is no room available. Then I contacted Agoda and Agoda service people asked me to show them the reservation code. And the fat lady again told me they had the reservation but there is no room available. But obvious she is a liar because during all these time there are at least 10 guests checking out. It is first time we met such situation to arrive in the hotel and being told they have no room for Agoda. And the hotel has an intention to do cheating on Agoda, booking or other third party agent. As they want to sell at higher price by frustrating the customer by telling them there is no room available for Agoda. So don't book Ramada if you are not ready to search for another hotel when you check in at Ramada and being told there is no room!
