Delightful surprise! ”
For the rate, I wasn't expecting much but when we saw the place, it exceeded my expectations! Front desk staff were pleasant, the room came complete with toiletries (in a take home pouch, which was nice), drinking water was available 24hrs (water dispenser), cool hang out area on the 3rd floor, and a decent pool too! Accomodation didn't have free breakfast but you can order from their cafe at a reasonable price (we had three meals that came with free coffee or hot choco, all for less than P500). The recent earthquakes gave us quite a scare, so we shy away from tall buildings, that is why we decided to book this place, so glad we did! My kids loved it, it was like a home away from home. Even with other occupants in the place, it was still peaceful, we even had the pool all to ourselves! Close proximity too to SM Lanang and other food establishments! This place truly is a hidden gem, our stay here was a delight!

RedDoorz Premium @ Guadalupe Village Davao”
Pros - Close to SM Lanang, fast food chains and restaurants within the mall (check Google Map). - Quite and not crowded, the apartelle was located within a private subdivision. - The room was clean which had a minimalist design as shown in their photos. - They also have a pantry which serves breakfast and dinner(?). - The place was secure since the village has their own private security guard. Cons - The pool isn't that big, best time your dip early morning or at night. - You need to have a private transport or ride a taxi to get there. Only if you don't want to walk or ride a motor cab from the village entrance. They had the cheapest room rates in Agoda (so far). A perfect place for staycation. We will surely come back here next time.

Comfy and quiet place to stay.”
The place is so serene since it was situated inside a subdivision. The neighbors though (front of the place) is complaining about the smell (normal smoke) coming from our vehicle. Even if we parked at the front parking provided by the hotel.

Very Nice Hotel”
This hotel is inside a village so safety is not a problem. It has a pool and Cafe. Rooms are spacious. TV, AC and private bath are important to us and they all have it. Staff are helpful and nice. It is also affordable without compromising their facilities, convenience and quality of service.

Value for money”
Facilities are okay. Though one concern is the location, when we’ve decided to go out at night, we still have to walk far going out of the village/subdivision but during daytime, staff can call a taxi for you. Overall, it’s excellent with the price I’ve paid. 👍🏻

Despite the inconsistent internet connection, this is a great place to stay in. Note that you’ll have to pay an extra 100php per hour for early check-in.

Distance not convenient”
The hotel is super nice but the distance is very far for people who don't have car and relying on public transportation.

Internet was out for 3 days. Toilet seat broken. Long waits at the restaurant. Food is good. ”
Swimming pool is too small for the number of guests. Far from city centre. Housekeeping is good. Some staff not so friendly. Some want to help. The manager needs to be on top of everything. She is not.

Used to be a great hotel”
New ownership seems to have reduced staff. Rooms were not as clean and no longer supply coffee or bottled water in the rooms even though they left the coffee cups and kettle in the rooms from before.

NO ROOM WAS PROVIDED AND WAS ASK TO BE TRANSFER TO ANOTHER RED DOORZ HOTEL WITH NO SWIMMING POOL. WAITED FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR FOR THEM TO FIND ME ANOTHER HOTEL AND YET NOTIFICATION WAS GIVEN PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL.
