가격대비 별만족도 없음, 친절한 직원들과 선웨이 라군 으로 바로 연결된 접근성 말고는,, 개미가 넘 많고, 티브이도 잘 나오지 않았음. 레노베이션 한다고 호텔 자체가 넘 덥고, 입구도 불편하고.

1. The location is very strategic. Connecting to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. 2. The check - in counter located at B1. 3. The check-in process was very smooth. The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. My son got clementines. Thank you. 4. The room very spacious, complete with cooking appliances & clean. Really appreciated the housekeeping team. 5. Definitely we will come & stay here again. Highly recommended

Clean hotel with bath tub... good location as it is connected to the Sunway Pyramid Mall... It is very baby friendly as it is easily accessible to lifts when you bring out baby stroller..

Pros : Upgrade our standard twin room to executive twin room. Comfortable room like own house with cold air con. Also a good and clear explanation for the terms staying by the Chinese staff. Cons : Cannot early check in even have room available and need to pay extra hourly for early check in. Parking fee RM10 to be borne by customer.

Everything is there..Sunway mall is just downstairs.. Just the perfect staycation..if u not going elsewhere this Suites is perfect for family..Room is perfect with kitchen..the view just nice..

Huge room, attached to mall”
We declared here is the topmost favourite staycation so far. The room is big, got bath tub, kitchenette lengkap, got microwave some more. Attached to the mall is so much convenient.

The family room we occupied was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. It has a king bed and a single bed, a kitchen, dining area and a large work desk. The kitchen comes with a full size fridge, a microwave oven and an induction range top. There is also a bath tub in the bathroom, not just a shower area. It is very convenient if you want to prepare a simple meal. However, there is no need to cook, as the hotel is right at the Sunway Pyramid Mall, with many nice restaurants. The check in counter is located at the basement of the Sunway Pyramid Hotel. We were not sure where it was, but the hotel staff (of Sunway Pyramid) was nice and pointed us to the elevator near the lobby that went to the basement. If you want to call a cab or Grab, the pickup and dropoff area is at the lobby of Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Overall a very nice and value for money hotel.

Value For Money”
For the size of the room, it is definitely one of the most value for money hotel in the Sunway area. The room is very spacious and the cleanliness is generally okay although one can see that the furniture are quite old already. The toilet is awesome, good water pressure, have bidet although amenities were a little lacking, aircon can be set to very cold temperatures (which I like). My only complain would be the bed frames that are fitted onto rollers so the beds would often easily roll away from the walls just by getting on and off the bed. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay in a nice spacious room with a wonderful view and I would definitely recommend it for those who value space over aesthetics.
