침대에서 개미가 나와요. 따끔하게 물려서 놀람..개미떼를 보고 두번 놀람.. 床上出蚂蚁。 被咬得厉害,吓了一跳。 看到蚂蚁群又玩起来了 There are ants in the bed. While sleeping, I feel so itchy.

Cozy Apartment”
First of all, i would like to point the cons of this apartment (unit A08-06), there were few facilities lack such as no rice cooker, fridge was not that cold enough (we had to put carbonated drinks and other stuffs in the freezer compartment for faster cooling) and only few TV channels. Apart from that, other facilities were in great condition, the air cond. were functioning so well that we had to switch off the air cond. in the living room while enjoying our time together there. The cleanliness was good even at the balcony we can walk with barefoot. All toilets were equipped with heater and shampoo provided too. Kitchen facilities equipped with electric stove, pans, kitchen utensils (knives, spatula and etc.), microwave and water dispenser (hot or cold water). Overall, it was a great stay for 9 adults. Thank you! Will surely repeat this plan again.

Awesome Apartment Suites to Stay for Family !!!”
This is my 2nd times staying here and the high quality of service and attention detail remains. The staff is amazing apartment and rooms have been comfortable and beautiful.Aircon is Cool. Full kitchen available if you want to cook. High floor view of city and Pool make it much better.Amazing location with Shopping Mall attached. In past few years, we have stayed many place at Kuching . Now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere others than Service Apartment@Imperial Suites Kuching for our next vacation. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Would highly recommended for family!

Perfect place to stay !!”
I've been here more than 3 times .. i think 5 maybe .. I love to stay here with my wife everytime we need some space to relax ourself from a busy work .. our favourite room is A1808 .. my wife love it so much & hopefully can stay at the same room for our next stay .. very helpful staff, our door cant detect the card, we made a call then the staff quickly came help us to change the battery .. fast wifi, nice view, big space, very comfortable & perfect .. thank you for your great service ..

best stay ever”
Good spacious rooms and great location. Easy access to Boulevard shopping Mall or nearest food court. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment suite. The rooms big,so clean and very nice panorama of city view especially at night. The WiFi provided awesome, fast speed and my sons were enjoying it so much( they managed to download so many games the entire night). Last but not least, a BIG thanks to you staffs they were very humble,polite and easy to reach via Whatsapps. Will come to stay again

This is the first trip after MCO, we are looking for the place to stay overnight, which we can feel at our home easy for us to cooking, rileks, swimming, enjoy the movie and spend time with family and friend. This is the suitable place for that.. The Team (especially Mdm Wong, i love to call her Grandma) very friendly and make us comfortable, they give us the best hospitality. I love to stay here again for our next trip to Kuching. Its clean and tidy. Thanks Grandma Wong.

3 nights at this apartment was so cool. The apartment was so clean, very good facilities n comfortable for me n my family. Suitable place for family & my mother was so happy to stay there. The place was excellent! Very clean & well-maintained. The beds are comfy which I love! The air conditioning in the living room did not work quite well though. Apart from that, this place was worth every penny. The host was friendly as well. Tq Rina for all your help 😘

Comfortable Room For Family”
Really satisfied with the the whole apartment. We are family of 6. The room was just nice for my 2 adult child & 2 child. They loved the room so much. All the facilities and amenities were superb. Accept the information about the use of swimming pool was not accurate given by the staff . Overall. superb place to stay and very clean.

Everything was excellent. The location of the suites is very easy to find. As for the room, it is very excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this suites to others having for family trip, business trip and so on. Helpful and patiently staff. Overall everything is excellent. We would repeat again.

We would like to rate it 10/10. The suite have a nice and big room. The room is clean and overall, it's worth the price with complete facilities that we need such as cooking supplies, laundry set and hair dryer. It has beautiful scenery from the balcony. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

value for money and comfortable stay”
I was stayed here for 5 days and 4 night. The room is so clean and the enviroment was enjoyable. Some more there is also have washing machine and the dryer is very convenient for people who stay over two days in particular no need go out to wash clothes. Clean apartment with high speed internet.

Excellent hospitality ”
The property owner, Dr Kenneth, was really concern with our arrival and communicates frequently. The staffs were very courteous especially Mr Gilbert and his friend. The apartment was clean complete with washing machine and dryer. The internet reception was good too. Will definitely stay here again if happened to be in Kuching.

This place never disappoint me..great location, spacious, clean and fragrance room,and complete facilities with beautiful view.. easy and fast check in - check out. The staff was very friendly.. it was our fifth visits this place and definitely will come back again...

I'm speecheless...i mean, what can i say? Aside from the very accommodating host and staff, the unit was really spacious and VERY NICE! Everything you need is in there...aside from having your own parking space when u need it, a pool u could swim with..they have a mall and a supermarket on the groundfloor! Wow...could not ask for more...and mind you, they have huge beds ;-) i'd give 10 stars if i can hehehe

Super kind, rajin & helpful lady”
Continue with the 1st nice experience stay, i decide to have a second night stay. Management r quite nice because they change my room immediately when i complain the view is not nice. I just realise that i hv no hair dryer at night time almost 11pm. I just whatsapp to frontdesk lady, omg she still at office and she say she can settle for me NOW. What a times now, this lady r really hardworking and pay many attention and care with her Customer.
