Good Service, Location, Value for Money”
Located within a lot of eateries including MacDonald's, KFC & Pizza Hut with local food all around. Banks are just across the street. A pedestrian mall is located nearby within a few mins walk. Breakfast is a good spread located on the 23rd floor revolving restaurant with Chinese selections (the usual fare of porridge, dim sum, noodles cooked on-the-spot, etc) as well as salad, omelette, croissant, bread, cakes & fruits. When we stayed here from 29 Oct - 2 Nov 2019, every night, there will be a dessert sent to our room from 6:30pm onwards which was a pleasant and nice surprise. All their staff are well-trained and polite. We ate in 2 of their in-house restaurants: one a Japanese and the other a ChaoZhou Cantonese cuisine. Both restaurants staff will see you off in the lift which was really great service. Room is spacious and clean with wide selections of pillows to choose from. They also have Video-on-Demand TV which was great as I got to watch some ballets not seen elsewhere.

Highly Recommended - Value for money with excellent room and service”
We have a group of 15 pax staying with Shantou International Hotel. I must say that we are all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Rooms are clean, big and have all the necessary amenities. They have various types of pillows for you to choose from. At night, they prepare dessert and send to your room. Excellent Service We have arrived in 2 groups in different days. One group arrived earlier had made special arrangement for the second group. All the instructions were clearly recorded by the service desk and that makes our day. I have a parcel delivered wrongly from Taobao and the concierge had been very helpful in calling the delivery person and communicating with them.

Fantastic Stay”
Upon check in, the sweet reception lady 小方 upgrade my room to suite, the service from front desk to room cleaning is top notch.Everyone is friendly and provide great services. The gym is good and the indoor pool is a big plus. Breakfast is good too. Location is great, near to 步行街，many restaurants within walking distance. We have a wonderful stay and thanks to all wonderful staffs. Will definitely stay here again.

A good value luxurious class hotel”
at check-in, we’re upgraded to a deluxe suite. Like the room very much. It has big bed, good space, we’ll-designed functional lighting, luxurious amenities - comfortable slippers, Nespresso coffee, L’occitan toiletries, charging points for devices. Hotel staff conducted themselves professionally, and frontline staff even tried speaking in some English. Didn't see any loud-talking staff. Looks like they’re well-trained. Very good hotel for business or holiday.

Superb hotel 5 stars”
We were upgraded to a lovely 5 star suite, it was luxurious and spacious. The entire floor was smoke free which met our needs perfectly. Bed was huge and comfortable. Service was great and 1-2 staff at the reception speaks English. The bell boy was very helpful to assist us to book taxis on his mobile.

The service from the staff was exceptional good, hotel was clean, and there were many additional services and facilities available for use. Location is good, with a walking street and many food stalls within walking distance. Good hotel for stay in Shantou.

A clean and tidy sleeping room which was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful in answering my questions. They dressed smartly and have a good image. The swimming pool and the gym were clean and leisure.

Definitely Recommended”
we booked the Executive King Room and can enjoy the lounge (business hours : 12:00-21:00) with some tea/coffee/snacks, as well as with a tea set at 16:00. If you would want to enjoy the swimming pool, please bring along with your swimming hat. The location is good as there are quite lots of buses go around. If you walk a little bit, you can go to the Long Yan Wet Market.

Nice Hotel With Good Service”
Stayed there for 3 nights in 2 rooms for 4 pax. Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay with good room ambience. The room is big at the Executive floors, clean, quiet and cozy. There are many food outlets namely Pizza, KFC, MacDonald and many more local shops selling various delicacies, mini markets and supermarket at the surrounding area within walking distance

Good stay”
We stayed there for 1 night, it's a good stay. The rooms are spacious. We got an upgrade to one of our rooms because they could not provide all the rooms to us by the time we got there. They gave us a suite to store our luggage. We were happy about that. There are lots of street vendors 1 block away from the hotel. The walking street is also close by. I do recommend this hotel, and would go there again.

Excellent stay 5*”
Stayed on 19th floor executive suite. Rooms was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds and towels. Amenities were meticulously prepared. TV had complete selection of Hollywood and Chinese films for free. Nightly sweet soup was delicious. Only thing to improve is the breakfast. Stayed for 7 days, not much change in variety.

Friendly well located hotel”
We put up in 3 rooms for 2 nights in 3rd week of February 2019. Hotel is well located. Only a short walk to a row of local street food, a park and a pedestrian mall lined both sides with shops. Rooms, bedsheets and towels were decently clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a surprised from the hotel when they delivered a birthday cake to my wife without we mentioning it. Amazed by the staff conciousness which we appreciated very much. We will be back to this hotel in our next visit to Shantou.
