Bad Staff and Worst rooms”
The front desk is not at all friendly only one Spanish guy who is good rest people are lazy and they don't know what to do the day we checked in it took 20 mts for every check in and they don't honor if you book the room from third party and the hotel looks like beaten up third grade motel

Great for sleeping only”
I spent couple of days in this hotel just to finish some work in Houston .. Bed was perfect for sleeping but bathroom was very small !! Btw, no body gonna take your bags .. be ready to do everything by yourself :(

Definitely not a 5 star hotel ”
This hotel would of been fine if it was rated as a 3 Star but as it was rated 5 Star it was hugely disappointing. It did however have a very comfortable bed and pillows .

The staff was all very very nice. Check-in was easy. The extras I had requested were in the room. I was so pleased on check-in. When I returned from my event ready to sleep, however, I noticed a strong musty odor, and then... the doors. The doors are SO LOUD, and there is apparently no sound proofing at all. People were not slamming their doors on purpose. It is just how they close. And woke me up several times an hour. I even tried to use a white noise app on my phone, and that was not enough to mask the loud doors. Now I'm exhausted and disappointed. Booked so I would have a nice place to SLEEP... and got no sleep. Disappointed.

Good hotel with spacious rooms”
This is a good hotel with friendly staffs. But after we check out they did/charged two transactions, around USD 288 from my debit card without any information which we have informed Agoda. I was just surprised when i get the bill/invoice from my bank. Why they had done it ?

夜中１時過ぎにに到着したが、会計を締めたので、 ３０分待ってくれと待たされた。疲れているのに ありえないと思いました。まー、普通かな。
