The manager Mr.Leong was very awesome,excellent&proffesional.he help me until my case has been solve and i feel so glad and happy.such a wonderful experience at my first time staying @soho hotel.the new staff sha also been very nice and helpful too.thank you so much to both of you.the hotel were in strategic location and easy to find parking space in front of the hotel.thanks a lot

Check-in after 12 noon was allowed and this was a plus point. The room was comfortable and relatively clean, with quite a large bathroom.

but hard to find car parking, got drinking water here, close to kk mart and econsave, budget hotel, it's good for family travel, quite noisy, downstair is tayar shop, cannot check in early, the room very small..........

A chamber you can sleep on”
You see clean room however dust has been swept under the bed. There are ants (black one) accompany you while you sleep, shower and brush your teeth. You can still watch tv even though the channel is not that clear. Location strategic where its located at bussiness area. Easy to reach for food and personal essential including bank. By middle of the year, mattress should be changed. Friendly staff giving direction where to get breakfast. Overall, good value for the money due to location.

I am very disappointed with rooms. I booking and pay for 3 rooms with window. But I get the room with non window. My room nos.is 305, 308 and 318. Under the bed is not so clean. Room 318 is the bad once and too small and difficult to walk in the room because of spacing problem. Room 305 and 308 is not too small but still not so clean. Their staff can't handled 5 customer to check in at the same. Only 1 or 2 staff available at the counter. TQ

The pillow in our room was damaged/spoil and we could not sleep well at nite. ask to replace but the replaced also was the same condition.

My TV and Heater out of order. When complaint no one attended and guest were left clueless.
