정말 최악의 호텔”
조용한 방을 원했습니다. 하지만 이 호텔은 메인도로와 인접한 호텔입니다. 특히 내가 배정받은 방은 메인도로와 아주 가까운 방입니다. 차라리 반대편 방이였으면 좋았을 겁니다. 차량 및 오토바이의 소음으로 인해서 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 제대로 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다.

Pros: 64$ a night, suite style rooms so any early risers can stay in the living space and the people in the rooms sleep in. Decent fitness room and pool. Good prices at bar. Any thing you need is in walking distance. Very clean. Cons: food is a bit over priced, internet is pretty slow, alot of the staff is grumpy. My key card didnt work that well. Id spend 10 mins anytime i tried to open my door.

Even though our room was next to service elevator which made it hard to sleep in late, excellent, clean, upscale hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was a fee and well worth it, considering the nightly rate was a great deal!

Customer is not a priority for them. Rude staff who were trained to follow rules blindly!”
They charge $10 per day for microwave, the rooms don’t come with it. I requested to check out 1 hour late, they were completely rude and said would charge me $20 extra. I travel a lot and I’ve seen other hotels to be accommodating of such requests, a few times I’ve had to ask them. I’ve seen other people requesting and the hotel obliging as well. These people don’t care about their customers and just respond with rehearsed answers.

Nasty Dirty Room”
The only good thing about the hotel was that I had my meeting there. Other than that, the room was dirty, nasty, and disgusting! There was trash on the floor, the fridge was horrible and dirty, the restroom was gross, the bed has stains, it was a true nightmare! Luckily I had disinfectant to clean the whole room myself at 1130 pm when we got there exhausted from our 6 hr drive. To make it even worse, my husband was taking a shower and housekeeping came in while he is taking a shower to "clean" the room. Very very disappointed about this hotel. Hopefully we won't have to ever stay here again =(

No breakfast included (wrong information)”
The search option for the hotel at agoda said that "breakfast is included" which is not true. Moreover it took more than half hour to get a cart to take our luggage to our room on our own after check in. Dining is also busy and late even when there are few customers to serve.
