Clean and New”
I have been staying this hotel for few times and this time I got a new clean room. Normally there’ll be a massage chair but this time only a massage foot machine. Room is abit smaller than the usual one but overall is ok. Too bad they only have stairs so I need to climb up this time to stay in floor 3. And only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied. No drinking water bottle but they have water dispenser on the ground floor.

Just some recommendation. If possible clean you massage machine as I can see too dirty until I also not dare to use it. Other than this everything are good.

Had bad experience at room 209 as having intermittent disruption to the electric power supply several hours before checkout. Other tahn that, no problem so far.

Comfortable and no fuss”
Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. They have designated parking for guest but somehow have to pay for parking because we got summon for parking the car on the next day. It will be helpful if the staff can advise us beforehand that need to pay for parking. We requested a non-smoking room but smoke can be smelled from other room to our room. The pillow is old and not fluffy. It seems like it has been used and dried several times. Overall, no fuss stay.

The hotel was nice and gifted with great facilities espcially the massaging chair.”
But my room was placed at the ground floor near the counter so, it was a tad bit noisy. Its kinda hard to find a parking spot in the area but overall, it was a great stay

Excellent location for my 3 days training at the nearby office in Uptown. All in walking distance and super easy to get variety of foods. Starling Mall is just a few steps away. Very convenient for me as I am travelling alone. My only complaint, it doesn't have elevator :)

Receptionist is friendly. Bed is comfortable. There is Coway filter water near lobby to get hot and cold water. But the hangers cannot take out and it is at the back of the mirror. So to use the hangers, firstly stand in front of the mirror. Then squat a bit and both of your legs must open wide like practising the kungfu. Both hands then as if hugging the mirror in order to use the undettached hangers. There is foot massager. But it is in terrible condition, very very dirty.

Overall satisfied... Except have to take staircase till 3rd floor, its not pratical to family type especially for older man/women to climb staircase... Perhaps in future to have a lift, that's will complete everything... Making drink facilities not provided with standard coffee or tea plus sugar/creamer.
