모기가 많고 바퀴벌레가 있다. 낮의 직원들은 친절하지만 늦은 밤에 있는 직원은 불친잘하다 바퀴벌레만 보지 않았더라면 가성비 나쁘지 않았을듯 싶다

Comfort on a budget!”
Located within 5 mins drive from IOI City mall, I believe it's the best place to stay when you are seeking affordable accommodations in the Putrajaya area. Do Bear in mind, this is a boutique hotel located in a newly constructed building. Ample free parking is available on the ground level with optional parking below. I noticed there is security around which is a bonus for me as I am a solo traveler. I think, you can easily call GRAB to pick you up at the hotel as the staff are very friendly. I stayed in a room without a window, which is fine for me. Advisable to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. Only available is body soap. But don't worry, there's a convenience store in walking distance from the hotel. They truly emphasize on being green here. There's a restaurant next door with an amazing view of IOI City Mall and its vicinity. More restaurants and entertainment available at the mall.

Best boutique hotel in Putrajaya.”
It's new, very nice and clean. Aircon is cold. Water pressure is good. There is a massage chair in the room, which is a surprise to us. 5 mins drive to IOI Mall. Lots of free parking space. Makan place just downstairs. The only drawback is that, there is no towel rack in the room. We can't hang our towel anywhere after shower. The management seriously must look into this. It's cheaper than the massage chair. TV has very limited channels. No TV1, TV2 or TV3. Only 4 or 5 Astro channels, which does not interest us. Apart from that, it's value for money. We will definitely come back.

Excellent option for the habitual runner”
Ideal place to spend the night if you are participating in runs at IOI City Mall or in the Putrajaya area. I have stayed here so far for 2 events. Comfortable bed. Basic amenities (TV, AirCon, Fridge, Hairdryer, Safe, Shower). Iron and Ironing board available as per request. Bring your own shampoo, toothpaste and tooth brush though. Body soap is available. Although you could always get these at the nearby convenience store which is within a walking distance away. Closest landmark is IOI City Mall. Bear in mind, there's a deposit of RM50 (Refundable). Late checkouts are available too. I think it's 12pm-3pm is RM20 and 3pm to 6pm is RM50 extra.

Value for money”
The room was spacious enough for two person. The massage chair was really helpful to loosen up sore muscles after a full day of meetings. I love that it really is near to IOI City Mall and u can just order food if u weren't feeling like going out. The bed was big and okay I guess. There's ample parking space in the area. The only negative thing I'd say that the toilet was transparent. Apart from that, everything was good. Value for money

We booked 2 family rooms. The rooms were bigger than expected and clean. The bathrooms are also bigger than most hotels of this category. However, I'd recommend the hotel to put a kerb at the shower area as the water tends to flow towards the door and basin area.

Nice Environment with Cheap Price”
The room is very clean, towel, hair dryer shampoo and body wash provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Just there's no windows, you kinda lost track of time. There's massage chair in the room but I'm unable to turn it on. The WiFi is veryyy strong, and the location is very near to IOI City Mall. Aircond is very strong and bed is comfortable.
