위치가 좋고 건물내에 편이시설도 좋아요”
호스트가 친절하고 주변이 공사중이지만 공사가 마무리되면 모노레일도 가깝고 조금 걸으면 트윈타워 수리아몰도 가깝습니다. 주변에 괜찮은 24시레스토랑도 많아요. 건물내 마트와 조식당도 맛있고 신선합니다.

좋은 호텔 은 아니지만 뭐 하루정도 머무르기에 좋았어요..위치도 괜찮고 전체적으로 조금 오래된 느낌은 있지만 수영장도 이용하고 뭐 좋았습니다.

위치도 나쁘지 않고 로비로 나오면 페트로나스타워랑 kl전망대를 볼수 있는것이좋다 하지만 난 들어가자마자 바퀴벌레을 5마리나 죽였다 너무너무 끔직해서 집안에 돌아다니는 동안 바퀴때문에 너무 예민했다 거실의 있는 화장실은 샤워부스가 따로 없다 샤워 호수는 변기위에 걸려있다 ㅠㅠ 주변이 공사중이라ㅜ ㅜ 뷰가 그닥 좋지 않고 시끄럽다 일층의 늦게 까지 하는 마트가 있어 나무 편리했고 일찍 문여는 식당또한 맛있었디

베드버그 절전 절수”
첫날엔 몰랐으나 두 번째 되는날 침대와 쇼파에서 기어다니는 빨간색 벌레 발견 베드버그(빈대)로 추정 밖에 나갔다 와서 샤워하려는데 샤워기 물 안 나옴 에어컨 21시~9시에만 틀어줘서 더웠음 3일 예약했으나 2일 투숙후 나옴 베드버그 사진 찍어 마지막날에 대한 환불 요청했지만 받아지지 않았음

klcc까지 걸어서 10분(지름길 이용 시), ”
르네상스 호텔 바로 뒤에 있어 말레이 무료 셔틀 그린라인을 이용해 부킽빈탕까지 가기 쉬움, 아침에 로티를 사러 klcc까지 왕복 15분이면 가능한 곳(콘도 현관에서 왼쪽에 막다른 길이 주차장으로 통해 klcc지름 길), 어학연수 온 한국인이 많이 거주하는 곳이라 한국 음식과 과자를 쉽게 구할 수 있음, 건조기능이 있는 세탁기 덕분에 옷은 항상 산뜻하게 입을 수 있고, 세제도 준비 되어 있어 편함, 싱크대에 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 것이 옥에 티.

시설 좋은 레지더스”
매우 깨끗하고 가구와 주방집기등이 좋았고, 수영장이 특색있어서 신기했습니다. 그러나 주변에 아무것도 없고, klcc까지 걸어가려다 너무 더워서 중간에 포기하고 르네상스 건너편에 있는 말레이식당에서 밥만 먹고 돌아왔습니다. 차가 있다면 가격대비 매우 좋은 곳이라고 생각됩니다.

Will Come Back Again”
It was a pleasant 1 night stay at this property. Even though the studio design looks different from the pictures displayed, the studio is clean and comfortable to stay. Check in and check out procedures were smooth and fast. Ridwan is experienced and helpful. Security guards are seen every where, which makes me feel to be alone. Season parking pass was available at RM15 per day. The only thing to critic is the poor tv signals and limited tv channels available. I will come back to stay again if coming to KL again.

Great Value”
We’re a family of 5 with an infant. The place is within KLCC vicinity. There’s an MRT nearby but we opted to take Grab instead. Owner and caretaker were very accomodating. They gave welcome snacks, provided complimentary coffee and tea, 3L of water and laundry detergent. The 1BD unit was really big, you can cook and do laundry. The place was very very clean. There were three aircon units. There’s also a balcony overlooking the city. WiFi was really fast. Definitely recommending this to everyone.

Nice stay”
We’re supposed to stay at a private room for four people, but when we came at the first night they didn’t have any room available. So we had to stay at a sharing room. But they didi compensate it by letting us stay for 2 nights at an apartment studio and after that we’re finally getting our private room. All in all it was a pleasant stay, it was clean and they supply water dispenser. Also there’s minimarket downstairs.

We were a couple and two children who stayed here at Mercu Summer Suites from January 31, 2018 to February 2, 2019. The location of the above-mentioned location is easily accessible to tourist destinations in Kuala Lumpur, especially in KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC. We can see KL Tower just outside our balcony and its changing lights are very beautiful, especially at night. Interesting point is Mercu located near the Bukit Nanas station. From here you can go to KL Sentral by monorail and from KLSentral you can travel to all parts of the city by MRT, LRT, KMT ...You can use Hop on hop off bus to go to all attractive tourist destinations in the city. Stop 29 of Hop on hop off bus near Bukit Nanas station. You should call Mercu to notify your arrive time. Mercu Summer Suites staff are very friendly. The room is clean, it has fridge, microwave, induction cooker ... for you to cook. There are some mini supermarkets in ground floor of this buiding for you to buy food and drink

A nice place with nice staff”
its's a nice place at strategic area, near from everywhere, near from twin tower, suriah KLCC, bukit nanas station, and also kuliner place named kampung baru... You can also going to places like dataran Merdeka, alor Street, pavilion and berjaya times Square by grab with cheap fare... It's also friendly place for kids, quite place for kids can have a sleep tight without any interrupt, but so sad cause the kids club still under renovation... Ah don't forget with a nice staff who handle us.. Ridwan..! Yes thank you Ridwan for handling us.. You really helpful!!!

Hostel is near a monorail station. And also very close to most of the attractions in the city. If you got lucky and got the room with windows then you'll be able to see the Petronas and the KL Tower. They have a common kitchen where you can use the utensils and do a light cooking-but you must also wash your own dishes. They only have a single toilet and bathroom but there is an option to go down to the 11th floor where you can access more bathrooms and also their swimming pool area.

Recommended place to stay”
This place very recommended to stay. It’s located in the center of the city near many places, such Petronas, KLCC, Kampung baru, etc. But, still affordable price. The staff very friendly. Facilities also complete, but unfortunately the TV at my room can’t be connected to wifi, but the staff gives best response by checking and trying to fix it, although it still didn’t work.

Gem in the middle of KL”
The rate was equivalent to a budget hotel but I enjoyed the full amenities of a good bed, lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom in private. There was also free internet. The place was super-clean.

My 2nd Stay ”
It is my second time with this host. Ridwan is helpful and the check in/out process were smooth. Cleanliness is well maintained and well equipped with all amenities. Wifi is fast and the TV box is good with many channels available. Will return again in future!
