Definitely one of the most competitive pricing for the services provided, grade of cleanliness and convenience location wise. If only free parking is provided then it is a 5 star. Operation process also can be improved alot. Some rooms have no spare keys.

CHEAP BUT WORTH IT!”
Urgently looking for the place to stay nearby my office, luckily Sun Inns around the corner, the staff so helpful because I know in that area having issue with parking area, but after explained quite understand in that area rules. Easy check in process and also check out even have to pay for the deposit RM50.
