Electric issue”
The place is nice but the moment i enter the room there was no electric, left the room to do my things. At night i woke up around 7am there was no electic and had to turn it from the fuse box every second

Maintenance and Housekeeping”
Broken cups were not replaced with new ones, hence only 1 cup with 6 saucers....utensil's cabinet was not properly cleaned and toilet bowl cover is smaller :( Cupboard door is difficult to open, light not fixed and only 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole family to use for 3 days 2 nights! Those with heavy luggage will have problem too as you have to take the stairs from Sunway Pyramid lobby down to the lift where you can go to your room. And if you have to check out early, there is no place where you can leave your luggages....they don't have any staff around! They only communicate with you through handphone. Owner of this property, please take a look at your room and fix things that need fixing....location is your only selling point now.

Basic supplies like Toilet Rolls replenishment took 1 day to provide. Upon entering the toilet during check-in, it stinks. Response to specific basic request were slow. Maybe there were too many guests to fulfill their requests. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone who needs the basic comfort for business travel or for holiday - and if you are used to 4star or 5star hotel comforts. The location, I must say, was good.

Expensive”
It is an apartment. We asked for extra bed and they charged me more money. But when we came in, we recognized that there was not an extra bed actually. It was a flat cushion to spread it on the floor.

Very bad communication to begin with. Middle of night power outage when minimal power in use. No one come to resolve problem even thro on phone communication from 1am to 4am! Will NEVER sstay in such place again.

AVOID AT ALL COST”
1) Requested and paid RM 174 for 2 EXTRA BED, in the end only 1 MATTRESS is delivered. Waiting until night for another imaginary bed but end up they still cannot deliver even the MATTRESS. Finally they offer RM30 refund not even 1/5 of what i paid. 2) Provided 2 numbers for any inquiries and issues but they are not helpful at all. Most of the time calls aren't picked up and all my whatsapp message was not replied. 3) WIFI not working at all for all devices. 4) Stupid TV box that cannot work at all. 5) Live TV signal is weak and not clear. TV remote cannot be used. Need to press physical button at the TV to change channel/volume. 6) Reception area is at basement level. Really feels cheap and isolated area. The only way to reception is through a staircase from Sunway Hotel or through Sunway Hotel parking. No disabled access to the reception area. 7) No parking area. Need to park outside at valet parking. 1 night stay will cost RM30 since the valet service consider as 2 days parking.

A sad joke of an accommodation”
The worst experience of a lifetime. 1) On the day I was supposed to check in, I received an email enquiring about my check out time... I have not even checked in; yet they are asking me when I am checking out. 2) I called the contact number asking for directions... not a single person could... 3) Seriously... No lobby nor even a Reception counter in this... I do not even know what or how to describe this property! 4) I call to enquire about checking in. I was told to obtain the room key card from a mail box... yes! There was a padlock and I was told over the phone the number code to unlock the padlock to obtain my keycard to the room. I was also told of another set of code number to unlock the room door... My God... some kind of a sad spy movie! When I eventually managed to get into the room, I found a leak in the bathroom and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Absolute joke... Avoid this property! Misleading! Check out at 4.15am. Never again!

Worst customer service ever”
The customer service lady is very unfriendly and impolite. She asked us to check in at 0830pm (when we said we will arrive at 8pm, somemore she threatened us she has the recording with agoda, if agoda has the recording, kindly forward to her and let her sort it out). She also asked us to check out at 10 am in the next morning, reason being she got a lot of service apartment to manage. For checking in late, her reason was there are other guest in the room when in the booking itinerary we could check in after 3pm. We only got our keys at 9 pm. She didn’t apologise at all and yell at my sister. Moreover, she threatened us to check out at 12pm is the most she could do, if not, just check out at 10 am. The room is not clean, dirts on the bed sheet, the glass door could not be locked, dead housefly on the wall, and greasy floor. Location and service wise, it’s better to stay at sunway pyramid hotel rather than staying there. Please stop giving service when you only have the worst to offer.
