가성비 만족합니다 엄청큰 몰과 연결되있어서 폭우가 와도 걱정없었어요 파빌리온쪽고ㅏ는 그랩타고15분 정도 걸렸고 공항과는50분 정도 걸렸어요 마지막날 호텔에서 쉬기에 딱인거 같아요 갑자기 흑탕물이 나오ㅏ3간가량 물 못쓴거 빼곤.... 수영장도 좋고 만족합니다 새벽에 갑자기 무슨 방송을하던데 영알못이라 무슨소린지몰라서 깜짝놀랐어요

트윈타워를 기준으로 하면 위치는 좀 떨어진 편이나 그랩이용하면 교통상황에따라서 20분 내외로 도착가능합니다. 루프탑 수영장이 있어 수영하면서 좋은 뷰 감상이 가능하고요. 수영장은 9시까지 수영가능하고 출입은 24시간 가능합니다.

선웨이 회사가 말레이시아 대기업이라네요 지은지 얼마 안된 호텔입니다. 다시왔을때는 비싸져있을듯한..... 저렴한 가격에 이정도 퀄리티라니 놀랍네요 헬사장 수영장도 굿 쇼핑몰도 바로있어서 다른곳가서 어렵게 쇼핑 필요없네요

it take me awhile to check in due to lots guests at that time, but i think not about the hotel staff, but the way hotel let guest to queue, some guests may only need to wait a while to be serve, but some may take some time, even he/she is queue earlier. other than this, everything is just great!! big and clean room, hotel even help to decorate our room due to my wifi birthday, and a birthday card come with a complimentary slide of cake! thanks to hotel management! we are greatly appreciated! didn't get the chances to try their breakfast, but hotel is link with velocity mall, i mean, just beside! MRT station link bridge can be find at mall as well, this is very convenient! parking is free, and it is share with velocity mall, take note, and make sure you park at the area with yellow/orange area, which you can get access to hotel lobby more convenient, as it is nearer. staff service is awesome as well, start from booking till checkout, friendly and smile always! awesome stay!

Great location and service”
We checked in for our kid birthday vacation. It was a pleasure to stay here. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was King-size and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel is located just beside the Sunway Velocity shopping mall. Very Convenient Location, it's located in a shopping center, full of restaurants, shops. Special thanks to Sunway Velocity Hotel team for the birthday surprise arrangement to my kid. There was a surprise Elephant towels decorations was simple, cute and nice. This is not our first time staying in this hotel. Definitely will come back again.

Fast reply and arrangement, good location ”
We went with 9 adults and 9 children. At first I think of the room not big enough as no family suite in this hotel. I called they suggested we book superior premier room as the room come with a sofa bed. Hotel help to lay out the sofa bed so 2 kids can sleep on top. The super king size bed also very comfortable and big enough to sleep 2 adult and 1 kid. Mums like the venue as they can shopping easily and hubbies can play with kids at the swimming pool. Very good compliments from all families. Very near to MY TOWN shopping centre and can have second shopping time as well.

I love this place. It is at a convenient location and has a direct link to Sunway velocity mall. The staff here is super friendly and will remember you through the stay. I have requested for connecting rooms and a staff, Siti, is super helpful and try to help to secure them for me as we are travelling with family with small child. Breakfast is nice although not too many choices. The nasi lemak is great. The cleanliness is up to my standard (except that my aunt mentioned that two of the pillows smell odd). Other than that, I really love this place and will definitely return again! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Look no further. This is the best valued hotel and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit in Malaysia. The rooms are new and clean. Free shuttle bus rides to Ikea MyTown, Klcc, Pavilion and Sunway Putra makes going to destinations stress free. The hotel is situated right next to a newly built mall. It also has its own swimming pool and gym on rooftop. Nice view! Staff were super friendly. Never been to Malaysia? Then give this hotel a try and explore the wonders of Malaysia.

Very satisfied & will come again”
On 16th feb 2019, it was my 6 or 7 times check in here. As usual, i really love to stayed here. I love the good smell on the lobby, the staff very welcome me & husband, love the cleanliness, love the hotel cause linked to the mall which is its very convenient for me & my husband to get everything in anytime, love the beautiful pool & love the hotel cause provide a free parking for the guest. Sure, will come again and again.

Great value and a great experience ”
2nd time I stayed at Sunway velocity hotel and so happy with this hotel again. The room is clean and comfortable as is bathroom. Swimming pool on roof spectacular. The gym also. Location couldn't be getter. Lots of great restaurants in the mall which is adjacent to the hotel so even when raining I didn't need an umbrella. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenience and comfort”
The best hotel you can find in the KL Cheras area. A walking distance to the Sunway Medical Velocity Centre, Sunway Velocity Mall & Sunway College. Nice room decor, clean toilet, check-in with sanitisation, sanitiser available near hotel lifts, giving a sense that your health is their priority. TV comes with FM and national channels. Best of the best. Will definitely come again.

Clean and convenient”
This a new hotel. The room is clean and it has all the things that you need for a comfortable stay. There is iron facility in the room. However the fridge is quite small for someone who is looking for a space to put your stuff in the fridge. I didn't take the breakfast so I have no comment about it. The bonus point is that the hotel is attached to the shopping mall. What a convenient.

Fantastic Memory”
Travelling in this pandemic make us a bit worried but the hotel followed the SOP tightly. Chekc on temperature, hand sanitise and check in MySejahtera. I seldom stay in local hotel because I’m staying nearby but wish to have some relaxing staycation so I choose Sunway Velocity Hotel. The pool is operating with control on number of pax. We need to book in advance for the pool service which I feel it’s a good at this period of time. The hotel cleanliness is superb! The carpet floor is comfortable when I step on. Sofa look so new & the TV is big enough for us. Although the room design simple but look great. Never forget the reception is so friendly. The explained well on what do and don’t. When we ask if the room has any fridge to keep our cakes, he offer the lobby fridge as the cakes quite big. They are so helpful. About late evening we cal for ice bucket service and they send to our room within 20 minutes. Big credits for the staff! I had a great and happy experience in the hotel. I can choose the hotel again when I have any other even.

room are clean and tidy. love the swimming pool with jacuzzi on lvl16. location is very convenience, next to the hotel is shopping mall. within waking distance can take mrt / lrt. when you drive your own car, Hotel provide free parking in basement (remember press parking ticket!! not TnG). definitely will stay again with this hotel.
