I booked non-smoking room, and the first thing I saw in my room was a cigarette on the window sill and a strong smell of smoking. Then I found out a lot of cockroaches everywhere, and the hole where they lived was just near the microwave. Finally, after waking up in the morning I discovered bedbugs bites on my skin. After coming back home I washed all my belonging and clothes, but I still unsure if I bring some insects to my apartment.

Never in a million lifetimes ”
I called ahead they said we can’t check in early, understandable. I waited until 3 to check in and the room they gave us was completely filthy bed unmade, trash everywhere, and horribly stinky. The stairs had a horrible odor which we had to take because people were getting stuck in the elevator. They offer no breakfast no coffee and the pool is closed. The staff also tries to argue with you and act like they have a problem once you’re walking away. The man and woman, I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Room is dirty, ironing table has dirt and weird spots on it. Wall and ceiling has red stains, bed has multiple cigarrete burnt holes. Cleaners drink alcohol while cleaning. Worst customer service refuses to serve customer. No breakfast include. It's just the worst...

I would not stay here to save my life. The most uncomfortable stay I have experience. Th bed was uncomfortable probably the worst bed I have ever slept on. It seems the bed have not been changed in over 10 years. There were bugs and the only gave me two pillows and when I asked for more they said they don't hav any, which made no sense at all. How can you be hotel and not have extra pillows. Anyways I will never stay here. And I don't recommend anyone does too.

1st my room wasn't even clean when arrived. The bed wasn't made & there was someone's fast food still in the trash bin. It look like someone trashed the place & there was graffiti on the walls. I don't recommend at all. 👎

Horrible beds, only give you 2 crappy pillows for a king size bed, saw at least 10bugs that first night, no ash tray given, phone didn't work, but I did like that they only started asking me up for payment at like 1230pm, I went ahead n paid for another night so I could sleep in. Other positive is it's within walking distance to 711

A "Street People" Howl”
If I were Wyndom, I would instantly remove my name from this hotel! It is filthy, insects everywhere in the room and I wasn't even certain the sheets had been changed and the mattresses were so worn out they sagged! Drugged out people everywhere staying there. Spend the extra money and stay at another hotel.

As I get off my car in front of lobby first this g I saw was a huge rat....walked in and receptionist said I didn't have a reservation...then she gave me a room....mattress was torn....roaches climbing up walls.....homeless people sleeping on side of building....lights did not work in room.....nasty place I have ever stayed at....

To many drugs and bums ”
Worst place I ever stayed. I found broken meth pipes ,straws, foil, and blood on walls. Bums all over the place. Crack/ Meth heads bums knocking on my door at 6 am looking for drugs. Everyone staying there is looking or on some kind of drug. Had someone knock on door and ask if I would sell them my sodas. Like really??? I felt very unsafe I left most of my items in room and ran out of there.

Pool wasn't open, hot tub was empty, tv remote was in room w/ no batteries. I saw a roach crawling in my room and then couldn't lock my door so I checked out the same night... the only good thing here is this is a smoking hotel🍃 w/ good prices through the week.

They lie ”
The super 8 hotel lied ..They don't offer breakfast like it said on the booking..I been here for almost one month now. Not a breakfast offered one time!!! The swimming pool is not opened, and they don't know when it will open!!!!This has been a big disappointment.This is all we can afford do to it being work related ,and money is very limited.. We can't even enjoy a nice Swim after a hard day's work.. When you go to your room it is so hot..They don't even run the air in the hall way.. The only ice machine that works is on the first floor. The staff is not very nice at all..
