I was disappointed at the breakfast given I have stayed at a holiday Inn lots before and this was more continental. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC unit was quite loud and there was a problem with the fridge making a constant noise. Had to wait till 9am to get into the pool. So all in all it was a mediocre stay. Not worth the amount paid though considering the other options out there. I'd stay here again but only if my first and second choice is not available

There are hairs all on my pillow and bedsheets, they clearly did not change the bed sheets. We were just stopping by for a night, and glad it's just one night.

The chinese at the front desk was very rude, we booked the 3 on the first floor but the front desk ”
gave us the 2nd floor instead , not I insisted but she only gave us 1 room on the first floor and tell us that she will just gave me refund. Our rooms smells bad also

No towels in both rooms, no shower curtain in 1 room, garbage strewn outside window, tub dirty.”
Well I will start out with the positives, for a long weekend the price was great, the bed was reasonably comfy even though it looked old and dipped on both sides and the hotel is just off the highway. However no towels in either of our 2 rooms, no shower curtain in 1 of the rooms, our tub was dirty with yellow “liquid” in it : ( It looked like they had just replaced a bunch of cabinetry as outside our windows on both our rooms (quite a distance apart) was smashed up cabinets strewn all over the grass and full garbage bags. All the power/lights and fan in our bathroom went out after we had them on for 5 minutes. The pool and hot tub don’t open until 9:00 am so if your thinking of having a nice soak before leaving in the morning....better plan on a late start. If your just looking at price it might be what your looking for.

Carpets & tub dirty. No elevator. Only hand towels in the room, had to walk downstairs to get more. We reserved 2 queens, but all that was available when we arrived was a king... a little too cozy for four of us!! Limited breakfast of toast & cereal, but ran out of milk long before breakfast time was finished. Okay if you need a place to crash for a night, but lower your expectations before you go!!
