The room is spacious and comfortable”
The room is okay just per advertised..the bed is superb..very comfortable..view is stunning..my room facing pnb118, all equipment is ok except for clogged drain at the sink.the bathroom is spacious..large tv.but..pls make sure u dont put floor cleaner on dish wash container i got sore throat after washing the dish cleaner when using the plate. Accidentally the organiser left the floor cleaner bottle on the top of the sink.same color like in the dish wash bottle.pls be sensitive in this matter bcause it is all about hygenic and health.check in and check out process quite smooth and the host is helpfull and quick response.will repeat to stay again thnks

Book family room got normal room with single room only”
Book a family room with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a single bed. But different as the booking details when get into the room. Parking rm18 for a whole day (waste money). I think the room is give to early person before me as they has large number of family & the person in charge changed the room without my consent & inform... Dissapointed...

There was no local staff to attend us. It was managed by a foreign worker. The room they provided was completely different from the booking. They refused to give us extra mattresses. Overall not value of money.

Owner Sangat Teruk!!!”
Book bilik studio n pengalaman sy studio biasa boleh jew nk muat anak bawah umur brapa org pun.. Tapi masa nk check in dia kata sy pilih bilik tuk 2 orang so mintak extra charge RM50...bila mintak kurang dia bagi RM30.. masa tu sy blur n mengiyakan jer sbb penat. sampai pun dah malam. Masuk bilik TV x boleh buka.. Wasap owner x reply... Kettle or thermos tuk panaskan air x de.. Sy dah la ada anak kecik tuk buat susu.. Wasap lagi x reply jugak... Pagi esok laju pulak owner ni wasap kata check out 11.30..kat situ memang dah panas... Dia ingat kitaorang x penah stay hotel kot sebelum ni... Kita taw Check out semua hotel kul 12pm..yang dia punya wasap nk kita peduli..yg kita wasap dia boleh buat dun know... Banyak cantekkk muka kau!
