모든방 바다전망에 욕실이 3개인면은 아이들과 함께 하는 여행객들에게는 너무 좋았습니다 전망이나 인테리어 청결도수영장 피트니스 좋았습니다. 단점은... 문을 여닫는 것이 힘들어요. 3~6세 아이들 매번 문열어줘야해요. 코이세탁요금이 비싼편이에요. 주변에 마트나 식당이 거의 없어요. 3~400 조지타운쪽으로 작은 야시장은 규모 작지만 좋아요. 비치랑 연결되어 바닷가 거닐기 좋아요. 1층에 편의점은 있어요.

처음 도착하여 방 배정을 받아 들어가 보니 역시나 사이트 사진과는 많이 다르다는 느낌? 뭐 그럴수도 있지라는 생각? 조금 저렴한 가격이라 그런가? 흔한 드라이기 하나 없고, 수건은 큰수건 딸랑 두개?, 바디워시는 채워져 있지도 않고... 첫날이라 둘째날 프로트에 이야기 할까 하다 청소해주면서 챙겨 놓겠지라는 아닐한 생각을 했는데... 둘째날 청소도 안해줘, 수건도 안채워줘 ㅎㅎ 그냥 한국 민박집 같은 느낌을 많이 받고 왔네요~ 직원분들이 하나하나 새심하게 챙겨 줬으면 더 좋았을거 같다는~

This is one property where they deliver what they have committed. From the security to the front desk and the housekeeping, the service is nothing but excellent. I don't normally go into details but would point out here that the interior of the property is well maintain and sparkle clean. The beds, pillows and bedding were of quality. Though I stayed for a night, the coziness gives me a very satisfying stay. Good job Tanjung Point Residences! Continue to keep your property well maintain.

One of the best and value for money”
First of all, I hope they can keep maintaining the place. My wife and I, we travel with our 5 kids, ages from 6 to 14 years all. The apartment we got at Tanjung Point Residences had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, ample living space, gorgeous sea view. The apartment was clean. Everything worked. Ample parking space. The staffs are very courteous. The facilities like swimming pool, gym and playground are well kept. It really felt like home. Highly recommended for those travelling with kids.

My Family Just Love It!”
Plus points :- 1) Newly built, so all facilities still in superb condition. 2) Clean rooms & comfy beds with all rooms having sea view. 3) Three bathrooms (unlike other 3-bedroom apartments normally have only 2 bathrooms) 4) Price is very reasonable. 5) Infinity pool, kids pool, jacuzzi & children playground. 6) There's access to the public beach. 7) Ample parking lots. 8) Good facilities provided in the apartment i.e. microwave & iron on top of normal facilities. Minus points :- 1) No Qiblat sign for Muslims to pray (but the staff was very helpful to show us the direction). 2) RM300 deposit to be paid upon check-in is quite high. 3) Early check-out i.e. by 11.00 a.m. We had a great stay & will definitely come again :-)

Clean and spacious , Good location, Value for money”
We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended one more day. Direct access to beach, 5 mins drive to tesco and other food options. Room was clean and spacious, seaview was fantastic. Car parking was sufficient . We will definitely be back . One feedback , to have a tap by the gate to the beach so that guests can wash off sand before entering back to hotel premises. Good service at reception too.

Since this property is still new hence all the furnitures in the room are still new even the water in the bathroom smells a bit weird (probably from the new piping) but I don't really mind about that. Everything was great, swimming pool is nice and the view from our room is superb (sea view and its amazing). The only downside is that they does not provide breakfast probably because it is a new building so they dont have that amenities yet. You have to eat somewhere nearby. If you own a transport it would be easy for you, if not you might have some problem to find where to eat. Anyway, I will definitely going to stay here again if I'm back in Penang. Recommended!

We loved it. We've an early check in. The house was huge, clean and the view was mesmerising 😍 we love it so much. We used the pool but can't swim too long coz it's very cold. Good if the pool is a bit warm. The view from the pool is beautiful facing the sea. Beach is just a few steps only. The receptionist was ok and helpful too. Overall was wonderful.

Excellent place to stay for family”
Awesome place with beautiful en-suite rooms. Love the location ! U can constantly hear the waves crashing to the shore from all the rooms and the living room. Love the layout of the condo. And it’s so near to Georgetown. Easy access to Penang’s Nasi kandar, Asam Laksa,, char kuay teow and cendol ( rm 10-11 by Grab ) . Just rm 5 ( via Grab ) from Tanjung Point residence to Straits Quay which is another awesome place by the beach. I am totally amazed with Tanjung Point Residences. Absolutely love the place. ❤️❤️ ... Would recommend

good location for families between Georgetown and the west (National Parc, water parc .....), food haven (various food stands with good and cheap Asian food) 200 meters away, sea view, very clean and new, sea view, good facilites (swimming pool, fitness) - we were offered room service 3 times for a stay of 11 days. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice Sea View and Helpful Staff”
There are some events during my stay which were resolved by helpful staff notable to be mentioned, 1st night suddenly the astro no signal after thunderstorm, the maintenance staff came within 15 mins and fixed it. During night sleep there's 1 guest blasting loud music the whole night till the morning which disturbed our sleep, I made complain to the hotel next day morning which they sent Security Guard to alert the guest, that guest slept and went quiet in the afternoon. On 2nd night still same making noise, I complain again, but no further improvement I believed the guest was rude and this kind of attitude won't change, so I request room change to another floor at night 10:30pm, which the Hotel Staff was kind and helpful for fulfilling this arrangement, thumbs up on the great hospitality.

overall the rooms was awesome and the price was not so expensive”
Nice sea-view catching from the room and living room. They do have provide the mini fridge and it helps me a lot when I wish to store the frozen food and beverage. Vehicle parking are sufficient and don’t have to worry. But one more thing they have to improve is they didn’t answered my calls when I need more information. I have called so many times and they only picked up the call once. I wish they can have a quick responsiveness towards they guest. Thank you for offering me a nice hotel.

Stunning Sea View”
I book for 1 unit that have 3 bedroom. Every room have sea view, the unit so cozy, clean, and the equipment is complete. Very suitable for a big group. However the swimming can only use 1 hour/day during this Covid. Not enough to enjoy the view from the swimming pool level. However I still satisfied! And will repeat again. Really recommended!

Good hotel. New property. Nice view of the beach from the room. ”
Everything is good, the view is good the room is good. The aircon is cool. The parking are plenty. There are convinience store at the ground floor. Walking distance to the beach. However it need to be noted that the room lacks carpet and you might havae cold feets if not wearing slippers. The double bed is queen size only, not king size bed. One more thing, it is more like a condo with a lobby. Not a full hotel. So there are no hotel restaurants, and no "hotel feeling".

The best stay ever”
I would recommend this place if you are coming with family of different age group as it has some or the other thing for everyone. The unit is super clean. The view is amazing !!! It was so nice that we had extended our stay by 1 more night and ended up staying for 5 days ❤️

Apartment Key card ”
Everything was awesome. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, everything was beyond expectation, view, cleanliness, etc…. But a recommendation to management: We only received 2 key cards for 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6…. Best if can have a minimum of 1 key card per room for guest’s convenience….

Room cleanliness excellent. During this time, the pools not open for the kids. My kids are more attracted to the sea, it is only 5 minutes walking distance from the resort. The view is superb. It is recommended

Best Condotel experience in Penang”
This is my first experience staying here and was mesmerized by the view, the layout and the cleanliness of the place. We had a shower problem earlier but the management fixed that almost immediately and offer us an additional 2 hours late checkout time. We highly recommend this place...
