Worse Hotel Ever stay”

very bad and can say worse hotel i have ever stay. Very very dirty, water heater not working. bed sheet, blanket, towel all very very dirty. this hotel should be taken out from agoda. rated 2 star but i dont think this hotel can rate even 05 star. home stay shall be much much batter then this.

Great Location, Friendly Staff”

Like the title has suggested, plus points about the Temenggong Hotel are that the location is great and staff members are friendly. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the bus station, where one can take a bus to nearby places like Tumpat, Pantai Cahaya Bulan, etc. However for long distance buses there is another station situated 15 mins away, near Tesco Kota Bharu. The famous Siti Khadijah market is also a stone's throw away from Temenggong Hotel. Downside of this hotel being the cleanliness. Back in August this year, I checked in to a room with faulty light and water tab in the bathroom. Also, TV was not working and the room was a little dark. Price is reasonable if cleanliness could be improved.

Dirty and cockroaches running in the room”

The rooms were dirty and we found cockroaches running in the room. The water heater was not working. The hotel is very old and need refurbishment. Not getting a proper tv signals. Very limited car parking for hotel guests. Only pluspoint is the location

we booked two rooms. One was acceptable. The other one we looked cockroaches as were the other 3 they showed us - once the door opened the cockroaches disappeared from the bed. Water heater was not working. Rooms are very small and smelly.Not very clean. We would avoid this hotel but the location is great in the middle of the town close to attractions and bus bus station.Staff was helpful but not very enthusiastic to maintain the accommodations. We didn't eat anything in the hotel.

Disappointed with the first room which was windowless. Next room very small room. Next to a so-called superior room. Someone forgot what superior means. No bottled water, curtains did not close, ants, leaky toilet,

Town center hotel”

The hotel ia old and under mantained. Everything from the bed, toilet, tv, telephone, air-cond and furnishing are probably more than 20 years of age. High time it shoul be upgraded. Nevetheless it's location is very strategic for tourist. Local attraction sites, tranportation hub, shops and eateries are all within short walking distant.

The room is too dark.”

No WIFI in the rooms. The air-conditioner is a little noisy. The room is too dark and it uses a 15W energy bulb.

Just for a Night.”

The room has ants on the bed sheets. I do not know where the ants comes from but a few beatings on the bed sheets got rid of them without them returning. The hotel is old and antiqued, other than the creaking elevator the hotel is clean and an experience befitting a hotel from the 80s.

It was very good. I hardly use my rented car since the hotel was centrally located to the shopping attraction, Historical places and food court. It is all within a walking distance.
