평소 선호하는 면적보다 작은 사이즈라 염려했는데 막상 들어가서 이용해보니 고급스럽고 무엇보다 너무도 깨끗합니다. 물은 복도에 얼마든지 먹을 수 있도록 1회용 작은통까지 구비되어 있어 따로 물 사러 다닐 필요도 없습니다 엘리베이트는 키를 갖다 대어야 올라 갈 수 있을 정도로 보안이 철저합니다. 1박에 55000원 정도였는데 12/27~1/1일 5박 했는데 연말 특가라 그런지 욕실 어메니티는 전혀 없었어요. 타월은 7성급 타월보다 상태가 더 좋습니다. 조식당이 따로 운영되지 않은듯 로비 바에서 알라카트로 주문 받아 제공하는듯합니다. 저희는 조식은 나가서 간단히 먹었는데 불편할 것 없었어요 바로 나가면 주위에 맛집이 많아요. 모노레일 역이 호텔 바로 곁에 있어 중심가에 금방 갈 수 있어 새로운 교통 시스템을 경험할 수 있어요. 젤 중요한 직원의 태도입니다. 프론트 직원은 물론이고 언제나 문 옆에 도어맨이 들어가고 나갈 때 부담스럽지 않게 자연스레이 문을 여닫아줍니다. 쿠알라룸푸르 채이나타운에서 핸드폰 도난을 당하는 사고가 있었는데 프론트 직원의 진정어린 위로와 경찰서 안내가 많은 도움이 되었어요. 찾을 확률 5프로미만, 괜히 경찰서 왔다갔다 함 빼지 마시고 다음 여행을 더 멋지게 즐기고 오시길 바래요.저희도 그랬어요 (혹 보험 처리가 필요하다면 서류가 있어야겠네요) 이 자리를 빌어 그 도둑노무시키 다리 뿔라지라고 고사드립니다 여담) 쿠알라룸푸르 환전사기 많으니 조심요 유심은 공항서 환율 3.5 네이버 4.1~4.2)미리 준비하세요 클룩에서 사 공항수령하시고요 전 100달러 냈다가 그 환율로 거스름돈을 몽창시리 링깃으로 받는 참사가 있었어요. 아,그리고 에어아시아 스튜어디스도 도둑ㄴㄴ이 있어요 기내서 물건 살 땐 오로지 현금으로. 거스름돈을 영수증도 없이 링깃으로 줍니다 카드되냐 미리 여쭤보시고 링깃이면 폰 계산가 열어 찬찬히 계산하세요 온갖 단위 화폐로 헷갈리게 64링깃이나 떼 먹었는데 계산해주니 미안하단 말도 없이 주네요 그나라영어한다고시건방떱니다열받지마세

디자인, 객실 배치가 아주 만족스럽고 조식의 퀄리티도 매우 좋았음. 바로 앞에 철도가 있음에도 외부 방음이 아주 잘 되고 정수기 배치도 유용. 아쉬운 점은 풀장이 없는것과 방 크기가 작은 것이지만 장점이 너무 만족스러워서 아쉬운 점은 전혀 문제가 안됨.

The Chow Kit Ormond Hotel perfectly suited our needs and superseded our expectations. The hotel and rooms' interior is tasteful, modern and invited us to spend much more time there than we anticipated! The Junior Suite was the perfect size for us travelling with a child not yet a year old as the little one was able to crawl around. The beds were heaven - probably the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. The kitchen is modern and delicious and even though we did not book the room with breakfast, we decided to eat there every day. All staff was super nice, helpful and accommodating! Be it with lost luggage that they follow-up on (Thank you, Rachel!), giving us tips how to spend New Year's with a baby or with storing our luggage. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Chow Kit Ormond Hotel - and on top it is in walking distance to a couple sights in KL.

Though room is real small but i m happy with the decoration of room. Train station is less than 5 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient to get train around that area. I like the supply of water fountain in the hotel. Water bottles are the best...no label for convenient to recycle. No restriction we can bring along the water bottle before going for tour. The cleaners are very good and efficient. They get my roon cleaned everyday without my request. Tidy my bedding and have my towel changed after 2 days. Thank you very much specially to Mr Zakir who is also friendly and dedicated. Getting my room make up everyday.

By far the best stay i had, hotel is clean and smells good all the time. Great hospitality! Staff is kind and helpful all the time. Room is very comfortable, very relaxed in it. Got some snacks and cocktail from their kitchen menu, they were surprisingly good! We drove ourselves there, there’s a parking space just next to the hotel and the fees are ok. Would recommend to tryout this place, affordable and good value for money.

Best hotel thus far. Even supersede that of higher stars hotels. Close with all my favourite eateries. Even closer monorail station. Staff "Nut" was awesome. Never had a personnel usher to the lift lobby. That was surely the first. Room was clean. I have a sensitive nose, i react horribly with a mere spec of dust. The double layered windows helps buffering the motor noises. The passenger pick up and drop off is a great idea cause I use lots of e-hailing services. Thumbs up! Will be back soon.

Good location, fantastic food”
Pros: The room is exactly as in picture, very clean hotel, helpful staff and veryyyyyy good food, one of the best Nasi Lemak I ever had. Car park is provided for RM15 per day, very good considering it is hard to get parking in KL. I would highly recommend this hotel to my solo travellers friends Cons: Housekeeping guy come in room while I am still inside sleeping, scared the hell out of me. Should consider calling the room first to confirm whether housekeeping is needed.

Love the design and scenery inside and outside of this hotel building. Classic. Helpful staff. There's no buffet during breakfast instead they provide list of menus to choose from. Great breakfast. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Just there's no bidet in the bathroom and no kiblat sticker for Muslim's to pray. But there's room for improvisation. Overall, I love this hotel and would love to stay again. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The vintage theme of the hotel was executed well, from my first entry into the hotel, to the room, and all the way to the dining experience. I loved every second I spent during my stay. Staff service was excellent as well. My food experience was only limited to the free breakfast that came with my booking, but the breakfast was great despite having somewhat of a limited option. It came as a set of mains + coffee/tea + fruit juice of your choice. Perhaps the only downside of this hotel is when you are booking for an e-hailing service i.e., Grab car. The entryway is very small and hidden, which makes the Grab drivers have a hard time finding the location so you'll sometimes have to cross the nearby junction to reach the Grab car. Other than that, I definitely recommend this establishment and will definitely look to stay there again in the future!

Generally the hotel is superb & so beautiful. Amazed by design & interior. Indeed it is among the best boutique hotel in KL. Location: good. Parking: good. Room: new & clean (a bit small but a standard size matching with the price). Staff: very good & helpful. Only 1 con: the aircond. Maybe has the energy saving controlled by management. Woke up in the middle of night feeling stuffed bcoz no aircond.

For someone who was travelling alone and had spent 4 Days 3 Nights at the Ormond Hotel, it was a lovely experience. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. Despite that there wasn't free amenities such as toothbrush or toothpaste, I actually did not mind that at all because the hotel were very upfront about reducing plastic waste. I appreciated that a lot. It's nice to know that they are environmentally conscious. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful and I appreciate the decor and atmosphere. You could also Airplay and stream music from Spotify or YouTube to the TV in the rooms. I would definitely come back again! Can't wait.

This is my second trip to visited this hotel, Location for the hotel is convenience located in kl city, room is also very clean as our expected. Ground floor were the kitchen and bar provide delicious cusion too. Well, except thy didnt provide the washing utensile others are all prefect on this reasonable price.👍🏻 We will back again next time

The impossibly perfect hotel. ”
This hotel is everything and more. The design and decor is not only aesthetically pleasing on the eyes but it feels so elegant and cozy. The room we got was King Den with city view. Cleanliness was top notch, room was quiet, air cond was not uncomfortably cold and the bed was wonderful. I wish I could have taken the whole bathroom home with me as it was beautiful and the body wash/hand soap provided smelled wonderful. The staff and front desk was really pleasant and efficient - check in and out was quick and easy. It’s a walk away from Sunway Putra Mall, 15 mins from KL Sentral and there’s a monorail station nearby. There are some affordable food options nearby. Such a good value for price and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Loved it!

I LOVE every details about the hotel! the room even it is small but the detailing is above my expectation! The super comfy bed and pillow.. I LOVE everything about the hotel. The day shift staff is so friendly and nice! they are pretty too! is worth the money. Is just that they do not have complimentary coffee and tea in the room but is not a big deal. Will come back for my monthly stay-cation!!! and the shampoo is so nice!!

Great place to stay”
A great place to stay. We arrived after 24:00 due to a late arrival but the staff we really accommodating and allowed a late check-in. The hotel appears to be under new management as the driver knew it under a different name. There was a slight smell of paint on the first night but that had disappeared the next day. The breakfast is delicious and they offer a wide variety of dishes. Overall it is a great hotel in a perfect location. Thanks!
