The staff is friendly and the happy hour snacks and atmosphere are also good. It is easy to go to the golf course and the nearby shuttle is very convenient.I will visit again

Very Upset - We do not room reserve by The Club Saujana Resort for this stay”
We do not have room reserve by The Club Saujana Resort for this stay, they said they didn't receive Agoda booking and they already BLOCK Agoda since 4 months ago. They move us to Hotel Saujana with no more choice only Delude Smoking room. I am very upset where I booked the room for my big boss who came from Paris, France.

Good hotel but aging and tired looking”
I stayed at this hotel quite a few times. The location is convenience for my work as it is close to my Customers but it is really in the middle of nowhere. The room price is reasonable but aging and need an upgrade. A 32in TV is no longer the norm and TV signal is rather poor. I stayed at the Club side and breakdast selection was very poor - really sub-standard for such a hotel. Staffs are churning at a high rate and new staffs were not trained properly. I would only stay here because it is close to my clients. Not recommended for business travellers.

Good hotel for relaxation”
In general I was satisfied with my stay. Staffs are courteous and helpful, rooms are spaceous but TV is too small for today's standard. WiFi was slow and breakfast selection was rather basic. Lounge area was great for meetings. Besides the minor issues mentioned, I was satisfied with my stay.

Private Hotel in a strategic location”
Given the price I paid, a lot of things was not stock up in the room or missing.However staff service is excellent and facilities are good. I hope they further improve to check on the rooms before any guests comes into the room.

Club ”
The pool at the club has algae, feels awful looking at it. Poorly maintained. Room in which my son stayed in very creepy. Not worth the money for Club. Did not feel like it. Will not stay, nor recommend. Club Lounge looks just like a waiting area.

A bit jaded”
The Club used to be top notched but its a bit jaded and old now. Even the swimming pool tiles are coming off and the room's ceiling has water marks. The furniture is also looking a bit old with scratches and marks and the TV is the smallest ive seen in a hotel room in a while. Also, they have started allowing family groups to book, which in turn meant that there were kids running and playing outside the room and screaming loadly but the hotel did not do anything to curb the noise. I don't blame the kids but surely, then the The Club shouldnt market itself as a quiet getaway type hotel. Needs a good upgrade soon or will lose its luster.

Horrible facilities”
Scumy pool with broken tiles unfit for swimming yet open to the The Club Saujana in-house guest at "own risk" Room light fuse blew on the early morning day of our departure- we had to dress up and pack in absolute darknesss as even the torch light that in the room was no working The room screens could not be operated as it was flimsy and easily broken and were advised against using it. This room was a replacement room over that I was first given as the first room we went to had no phone & i-pad charging points that could work.

stayed there during a business trip. The heat and humidity is oppressive outside, but the rooms are well air-conditioned. The pool outside is very nice. The gym is reasonable. I enjoyed the grounds and views from my room. The breakfast buffet has a good spread. The spa- not well managed. I tried to make an appointment for Sunday night for a massage, I was told the first available appointment is on Tuesday... They should just get more massage therapists to accommodate the demand

Perfect for Business Stay”
I stayed in this hotel and I was surprised that how delightful it was. The reception staff was helpful. The hotel also serves complimentary drinks & canapes in the evening which was pretty good. Room was nice and large. Breakfast can be better in variety. Will try the swimming pool during my next trip.
