아이들 많은 집기고 코로나에 풀빌라에서 수영을 하고자 비싸지만 예약해서 들어갔는데, 침실은 1층 수영장은 2층 ㅎㅎ 어쩔수 없이 두배가량 돈 더 주고 2베드룸으로 업글해서 1층 방은 하나도 안쓰고 2층 수영징이랑 방에수 좋은 시간 잘 보냄 분위기는 좋고 ㅎ 비치 연결되너 좋고, 날씨도 좋아서 괜찮은 여행이었음 총 3박중 2베드룸 풀빌라 2박이랑, 1베드룸 1박해서 총 29000밧정도 나옴 싸지 않은 가격이지만 한번쯤 외볼만 함

추천합니다. 위치가 시내랑 차로 한 10,15분정도 떨어져 있는 것만 빼면 나머진 모두 만족합니다. 숙소 청결 좋구요, 직원들 매우 친절하구요, 안에 있는 레스토랑 음식 맛있고, 조식도 맛있습니다. 수영장이 넓어서 놀기 좋고, 사람들이 많지 않아 개인풀장처럼 이용했어요. 바로 앞에 바다라 경치도 좋고, 무엇보다 참 조용하고 한적해서 리조트 여행으로 강추합니다.

후아힌은 처음인 우리에게 첫인상은 나쁘지않았고 직원들두 친절했다...그치만 둘째날 난 모기에 물리고 저녁 룸서비스를 시켰지만 태국어로 뭐라고하더니 3번을 끊었다... 다른직원들의 친절함을 한명이 망쳤다.. 다음엔 가지 않을것이다.

가족보단 커플에게 맞는 숙소”
아이있는 가족이 가고싶다면 풀빌라 추천!! 방은 넓어서 방콕하기엔 좋은 숙소... 하지만 고급지진 않다!! 리조트라고 하기엔 넓은편은 아니고 메인 수영장도 넓지 않다. 아이들이 놀기에 낮은 풀이 있는데 온수가 나와 춥지않다. 비치는 쉐라톤및 다른숙소와도 이어져 행여 궁금하다면 자연스럽게 드나들수 있음. 조식은 종류가 많지 않고 맛은 보통...그래도 배고픔은 충분히 달래수 있는정도임 직원들은 친철하지도 불친절하지도 않았음.

별로예요 ”
2가족 총7명 4룸 블루라군 가든뷰예약해서 갔는데. 정말이지 실망입니다. 이 리조트는 우리나라 빌라단지 처럼 생겼는데 그중 많은 빌라가 개인소유형태 분양된것으로 보였고 그중 몇 집을 팔라야나에서 예약 관리 하는것으로 보였어요. 단지 안에 풀장이 죽~ 연결되어 각각 빌라에서 바로 풀로 들어 갈수 있습니다. (우리나라 워터파크 유수풀처럼 연결된 풀장이있구요.물론 풀장 유속은 없습니다.) 그런데 건물이 너무 노후되었고 방마다 욕실이 있는데 하수구 냄새가 너무 심하게 납니다. 매인풀은 너무 작고.. . 하루만 예약한게 얼마나 다행인지. 리조트 주변에는 로컬식당 2곳 별로이고 편의점 하나 있습니다. 후아힌 중심가로 한번 이동하는데 리조트 밴 이용시 편도 16000원입니다. 왕복 32000원. ㅠㅠ. 그나마 괜찮은 건 조식정도. 제가 후기 잘 안남기는 사람인데. 정말이지 큰맘먹고 온 가족여행 호텔중 가장 별로이였어요.체크아웃하고 후아힌 시내 5성 호텔 2박 했는데 휠 좋았어요.

깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절합니다. 풀빌라 수영장과 공용수영장 모두 좋았습니다. 조식과 레스토랑은 보통이지만 주변에 다른곳에서 돌아가면서 먹어서 괜찮았습니다.

An excellent getaway resort. Nice place and friendly staffs”
We stayed at the one bedroom villa in April 2019 for my daughter sweet 16 bday and our 21st wedding anniversary. We all had a wonderful time. The towel swan decoration, red wine and bday cake are nice surprise for three of us. Staffs were helpful and friendly. The man staff who served us at the patio restaurant always has a smile on his face and readily to answer every question we had. Housekeeping team is doing a great job by providing clean and speedy service. We were up at the pool while they are cleaning our bedroom and bathroom. They did their job efficiently by turning our room back to nice and clean in a short time. Reception staffs were helpful. Whenever we need something to refill and they will arrange for us. Concierge staff deliver our lugguages in no time after we checked in. Breakfast were delicious. The evironment of Palayana is very nice. My daughter fall in love with Palayana and asked to go back for next vacation. during our stay.

Nice escape from chaos.”
We are from China and we stayed in Bangkok for 2 weeks before we came to Hua Hin. Palayana is a nice hotel to stay if you are to escape from the noise and chaos. The hotel is pretty stand alone by the beach. We live in a 2 floor villa which comes with a swimming pool and is pretty spacious! The restaurant in the hotel is fair, and there are several restaurants around the hotel. There is some distance to Hua Hin actually, but what to lose, you can enjoy yourself very well staying here. :) A little suggestions to the room cleaning: you can standardize your cleaning procedure, since sometimes we are short of the mosquito pill supply and don't see any new ones coming when after room makeup. Overall, a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Firstly, the management and staffs were amazingly helpful and really made us feel like home. They went beyond ways to serve us so we could have the best experience. From the moment of checking in to checking out, we received countless smiles. Room was big and super clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was very delicious. Pool bar and food was awesome. Hotel facilities were nice and we really felt far from chaos. Highly recommend to anyone. No need to think about it. Wonderful high end resort!

Hotel is good, but their policy is bad”
Staff are very friendly. But after our arrival I was told that they treat 11 years old as adults. I had to show them that Agoda mentions in their website 0-12 years old as children, they accepted my arguments after seeing the website contents. Later, when I asked for an extra bed sheet, they told me that they would charge THB 1000 per night for extra bed sheet. They suggested that instead I should take an extra bed for THB 1500 per night. That was outrageous. My daughter was insisting on sleeping on the sofa which was fun for her. So I thought of making arrangements for her to sleep on the sofa. But I wasn’t given the bed sheet. I think the management of Palayana worry more about making money than achieving customer satisfaction. Although the resort is undoubtedly enjoyable in every respect, but I was heartbroken to face such an unwarranted situation.
