생각했던 것보다 만족했습니다. 방도 깔끔하고 침대도 편안해서 4일 지내는 내내 잘 지냈습니다. 루프탑바도 있어서 밤에 올라가보면 멀리 맨하튼 야경이 보여서 좋습니다. 단점은 조식은 기대하시면 안되고 빵, 시리얼, 우유, 커피, 삶은달걀 등 기본적인 메뉴만 있습니다. 프론트 서비스도 친절한 편입니다.

Clean and great location”
I highly recommend anyone staying in town for a Mets game to try The Parc Hotel. There's a shopping center right next to the hotel and it's only a 15m walk along side the 7line to the game. The hotel is quite clean and staff is friendly. Great trip!!!

Value for money”
Good, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed here for a couples of days because its near the meet-up place of our scheduled tours like Canada, Philadelphia etc. and I never regretted booking at Parc Hotel. Target is just around the corner, there are 2 restaurants just beside the hotel. Will definitely book in this hotel when I return to NYC.

Overnight Stay Before a Morning Flight”
Good little place not too far from either JFK or LaGuardia. Staff was friendly and room was comfy enough for a nice stay after a long flight before another flight in the morning out of JFK.

Great connection to the subway; very friendly staff; great view (at least from the room we had); breakfast wasn’t too great but maybe us Germans are just used to different stuff. The ac bothered us in the first night but I guess it came from being very tired of a long journey and checking in around midnight. We didn’t hear it the following nights. We would definitely come back!

The room is clean and nice view, but they dont have breakfast all i got was a croissant and apple juice from front desk cuz when i booked the room it says breakfast available, i ask the front desk guy he said yea breakfast starts 6:30 and he was kinda rude also, i woke up 6:30 and went down and i came back to my room with croissant and apple juice🥐🧃 They also want deposit 200$ during checkin incase if i break something , i'm a solo girl traveling no kids or pet and there's nothing to break in the room

Everything is good except the elevator door on the 7th flr did not open in my first ride and the shampoo/ soap shelf is very rusty.

Basic breakfast bagel...bread.. cereal..maid doesn't do perfect job but its ok..only 1 water bottle in fridge for 5 days kinda cheap..

Horrible everything”
To start, we were told it was a smoke free hotel, and upon arriving in our room it smelt like cigarettes. Our door wouldn’t lock and was found wide open twice! When we complained to the front desk man, he left to talk to the manager for 30 minutes on the phone and they only offered a room with a twin sized bed for two people. They said they wouldn’t upgrade our room because they only had their nicest room available. When I requested a refund, he left and talked to the manager again for 30+ minutes. They refused a refund and said that there was nothing wrong with the door and that we should’ve made sure it was locking properly before we left the room. The cops ended up getting involved and told the manager to issue a refund or upgrade our room because it was a safety issue and they STILL refused. My boyfriend and I ended up having to drive home at 2am and didn’t get home until about 5:30am. This is the worst service I’ve ever been given at any establishment. It’s a hotel’s job to make sure their guests are safe and they had no care or concern whatsoever for us. I am a manager myself and my guests satisfaction with service is my number one priority. At the end of the day, The Parc Hotel needs new management and owners.

The price and location was the best during the time of booking. But the ac was not working the whole time! They sent someone to check it, but did not fix it. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and clean.

The hotel is located next to shopping mall - skyview (with Target, Nike Addidas and etc), 10 minutes walk to Flushing main station, easy to commute train to Manhattan city.

This was my 3rd hotel in a 5 day period and it was a gem. ”
This hotel was clean and comfortable. The problem I'd had with my previous hotels were lack of parking but there was ample parking in the surrounding neighborhood, in addition there is a parking lot on the same block of the hotel that only charges$15 daily and you can leave come back as often as you want in that 24 hour period with no additional charge.

I went in this hotel at 7am to confirm my reservation for the afternoon, the room was ready so they allowed me to check in 5 hours early.
