Good Location ! Good Pricing . Beside A Mall , Less Then 15 Steps ”
Staff was great , greeted me at the door once I rang the bell , accompanied me to check in procedure and explained the procedures , escorted me to the room , later I realise my room was having some toilet leakage so I asked them to fix it maybe the next day , but she insisted to change a new room for me , GREAT ! Tea making and minor tid bits with a relax area us provided , WiFi was good ! Room TV had only 3 local channels , is fine . Overall I'm very happy with stay and would choose again if I do come again , maybe next time the walkway to the rooms would be well lit ( 💡💡💡) would be great , its dark and im alone kinda scary 😆

I stayed for 1 night. It is literally just 3metres away from KBmall. And there is 7e downstairs. In term of food, i guess you are pretty much covered. Its clean. Just you have to bear with sound from cars passing by since its near main road, but ill get quiter around midnight till morning.

Good Location, please work on the cleanliness of the bed”
Location is very good, it has 7-11 24 hrs just down the stairs, and a simple mall within 1 min walking distance, and it is in the center of the city. There are some parking slots in front of the mall, but you have to wake up at 8am in the morning to get the parking ticket or else you could get fined. Staffs are very friendly and the owner is very helpful. My back, thigh and arm got reddish and itchy, it could be the bed was not clean enough. Hope the hotel could really keep the beds clean, then it would be perfect. And then maybe you can add one more pair of toilet slipper for double bedrooms since there will be two persons using it. Also, there was no hair dryer in the drawer.

Checking in was very smooth, great hospitalities by their staff name Lim. Just it is so hard to find car park near the hotel, i had to roam around for about an hour just to park! Overall its a great stay!

A room next to KB Mall”
We arrived and the owner and receptionist were very friendly and efficient. We had booked a superior room. I believe the room we were given for the first night was not good ( problems with the toilet and no chair in the room,) On the second day we requested a change and moved to a room on the lower level. The problem was with the bell on the front door not working and the phone numbers not answering because of the security access on the front door. We tried for just on 1 hour to access the reception until another guest let us in. ( REPAIRS or REPLACEMENT required) Bedding is low level raised about 6 inches off the floor. The stay was relaxing and would recommend the Room 2 to younger people.

Overall the stay was ok due to all of the hotel in Kota Bharu were fully booked. The staff was really good and friendly. The downside only on the steps to take to go to level 2 quite high for the family with big luggage.

Wall of the room are too thin, we can hear everything from our room beside . TV remote cannot really detract as the volume cant be adjust . The room air corn took so long hours to get cold Need a pump for water pressure. The shower was bad . Icyness at my legs when i sit on the carpet floor. I had upgraded and pay extra to change room but still felt not satisfy. I left the room to others nearby hotel . I regret to say that it does not value for money at all except the location.

Nothing worth to compliment Hate from the first sight n felt shortchanged. Picture tells a thousand stories, that's THE ROOM2. IF POSSIBLE WOYLD LIKE TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD TO AVOID THIS "BOUTIQUE HOTEL" AND ITS UNSCRUPULOUS ADVERTISING. IT IS MORE OF A BUNK BED LODGING BUT PAYING RM198. 00 FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS A NO NO. DON'T BE CONNED BY THE PICTURES AND EXTREMELY LIMITED REVIEWS which I suspect done by the hotels itself!! Don't talk, about sound proofing. Nil. Lighting too romantic where only one dim light, possibly lighted by one 10w bulb. 😂. Basic amenities lacking. 2of 10 for my assessment. Thumbs down!!! What boutique hotel is this using a 6-in sponge mattress.??

overrated rating by agoda reviewers YES photos make you tempting The Int.Design is there look a like japanese homestay BUT no parking allocate for guest bed is on floor/tatami type and not in good condition bathroom is too small .. got a room with leaking water till spill your room those wall not soundproof with cheap wall paper and raw finishing the only good thing is the staff .Looking forward for these Zishi to be upgraded.

Very very dissapointing. Bed is uncomfortable. Toilet water pipe is dripping. Even the lamp is just a lightbulb hanging on ceiling. Don't like the design of the room being angled and cornered

tuala yg disediakan buruk mcm alas kaki, bilik berbau hapak, aircond x sejuk, panas terpaksa buka tingkap walau bernyamuk, tandas mcm refuge camp menyebabkan bilik berbau hapak dan busuk.. i say no to this place after this, very extraordinary bad experience
