The hotel was clean, just really, really small. Perhaps this is par for the course in Manhattan, but I would have preferred somewhere bigger, especially for the money.

Small, old and pricey”
I know this is NYC but for the price paid (and especially the resort fees on arrival), this hotel was a disappointment. The room was so small that I couldn’t even open my luggage completely. It was old and definitely needed to be refreshed. This being said, if a room is small on a business trip, i don’t particularly mind but the hotel bar needs to be comfortable enough so you can work there with a nice glass of wine.... On that note, location is still great!

Nice place but noise is an issue”
The sound proofing here is not ideal. Noise from nearby rooms and hall was intrusive and annoying. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful.

Not good!”
Lobby is amazing, but the room we got wasn't in the same league. Toilet was running water and loose ( the whole thing move when you sitt down). We noticed the front desk about this the first evening an they promised to take care of it. Front desk called the room next morning at 8:00 AM! and asked if this had been taking care of (we confirmed that it was not taking care of yet). 4 nights after nothing has been done and we haven't heard anything from the front desk. There is also rust issues in the bathroom together with paint falling off the sealing in the room we got. At the best we give the room we had 3 stars. Hope the other rooms is in bether condition. We payed late check-out ($25) and after morning workout, during shower a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It came from behind the mirror. Housekeeping was not able to catch it and it later came out and went for the shower (pic can be provided). It was late killed in the bathtub. Hope we don't bring any of these home in our luggag.

Dont book that hotel if you respect your self! ”
The hotel have no a normal restaurant - sandwich only. The guest of the hotel have 15 %discount in the place called "restaurant" but actually the restaurant didnt make a discount. No refrigeragor in the room No water No coffey The housekeping wake me up at 7 30 for asking what time I will leave?! After that again at 9 The check out time is 11, not 12 like all ober the World!

The room”
Although I love the location of the Roosevelt, the room was tiny; the bathroom was tiny and needed updating. I had been in Florida the previous weekend at a hotel on the beach (good location) with a spacious room and good size bathroom with updated amenities for a lot less than what I paid for 1 night at the Roosevelt. I've stayed at the Roosevelt in the past, but for this kind of money, I will be looking for another hotel to stay at in the future when I travel to NY.

Their system is not connected well other online booking app (in mu case, Agoda), so they made double payment for me. (I already paid with Agoda but they made payment again when I check out) I recommend you should look at your payment account carefully after you check out.

出差与同事一起定的，在市中心位置，离地铁和巴士站都很近，走路去第五大道以及时代广场也ok。时代广场稍远点，但半小时内也能走到。这边天气比北京凉快多了，走着也ok。虽然服务一般，但有一点比凯悦强，就是寄存东西不用收费。给朋友送个箱子，由于朋友不在，就放到凯悦酒店前台，还收了3刀。。。这边网购买的东西收存都免费，对凯悦很无语。。。

曼哈顿中心地段酒店，离第五大街也就两个Ave，走路不到10分钟就到了。酒店离Grand Central 也很近，走着十几分钟也能到。酒店附近很多星巴克，早午餐都不是问题。另外，入住时会给酒店的85折券，在酒店用餐或者娱乐都能打折。 纽约的酒店太贵，主要是税费贵。200刀出头也只能住这了。设施很旧，前台服务一般，赶上一个老太太，态度很不耐烦。但地理位置确实好，无论是商务还是个人游，都推荐这里。 PS酒店提供洗漱用品，牙刷牙膏电话跟前台要就给。但没有拖鞋！这个跟之前与雅高达客服了解的有出入。。。

Hotelli on vanha ja siitä huokuu menneiden aikojen tunnelma. Kaipaisi pientä pintojenlaittoa, mutta ei kumminkaan tee hotellista huonoa. Sijainti korvaa pienet heikkoudet, kaikki on lähellä ja kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta (pois lukien siivoojat) ehkä vähän huono. Sisäänkirjautuessa ei minkäänlaista hotellin esittelya taikka palveluiden luettelua, kaikki piti itse ihmetellä tai joka kerta erikseen kysellä mitä missäkin. Ei täydellinen hotelli, mutta menisin mielellään uudestaan jo pelkän sijainnin vuoksi.
