위치 좋고, 방넓어서 좋고!”
그랜드 센트럴 바로 앞이라 위치도 편리하고, 많이들 가시는 34가 도보 10분내로 가능해서 좋습니다. 뉴욕에서 보기 힘든 넓은 방이라 또 좋고, 고층(저는 16층묵었습니다)에서는 엠파이어 스테이트 빌딩이 보여서 야경 끝내줍니다. 이벤트 할인가로 엄청 싸게 예약해서 더 잘 다녀 온것 같네요. 가끔 청소가 좀 덜되어있거나, 어매니티를 잘 안채워 줘서 그거 직접 요구한거 말고는 뭐 나머지는 만족합니다.

너무 맘에 든 호텔”
방도 매우 컸고 침대나 화장실 등 시설이 깨끗했습니다. 부대시설을 이용할 시간은 없었지만 커피도 맛있고 진짜 최고였습니다. 다만 아이와 함께 있는데 1층에 bar같은 곳이 있어서 그게 좀 걸렸네요 ㅎ

출장을 끝내고 뉴욕에 가서 잠시 관광을 했는데 숙소 위치며 분위기 등등 아주 만족했습니다.”
숙소는 정말 크고 깨끗했어요~ 저는 비교적 타임스퀘어 등 관광에 적합한 위치였고 터미널이 근처라 호텔내 편의시설은 없지만 가까운 곳에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있어서 좋았답니다.

6 Days at the Tuscany Hotel”
My Wife and I have just returned from 6 day in New York staying at the Tuscany Hotel......Firstly. the Hotel is in an amazing location for anyone wanting to visit New York, but more importantly I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough......The staff are fantastic, the rooms are huge and clean and our stay was perfect in every aspect with the great help we received from everyone involved with this hotel no matter how small a problem (not that we had any).......Book your trip with this Hotel in the knowledge that you are in very safe hands.......Thank you to everyone at the Tuscany for making our stay so memorable.

Hoping the online images matched the actual...So Did!”
Many of today's hotels offer a version of their online image. Pictures taken in the best light with the unappealing stuff left out. This was not the case at The Tuscany! The room was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and wonderfully located. The staff was thoughtful and caring. This hotel is a best kept secret and a redo when I am in town again.

You are close to the Grand Central station, so you are pretty much a step away from everything in NYC. The rooms are big (we had the suite), amazing bed and shower. Looking forward to staying again.

I just loved it there. I think it was my best experience so far in NY in terms of value for money (and I travel there often). Excellent location, very big and comfortable room, new bathroom, everything clean and nice. Will definitely come back and strongly recommend it.

great hotel”
The staff were excellent and made us very welcome from the start of our holiday. We really liked the location - close to Grand Central (less than 10 mins walk) and far enough away from the madness of Time Square (20 mins walk). Room size and quality was fantastic for a hotel at such a good location. I'd say it was a better hotel for single travellers and couples than for families.

Best Bed and Great Location”
The rooms are really clean, but there is definite signs of ware and tare. The shade had some stains on it, and the lighting in the room is confusing because there's a million switches and if you switch the wrong you might not have any light. The La Columbe coffee machine is such a perk, but the bar/restaurant area was closed which was a bummer. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any request. The price for the location is good.

Enjoyed our stay. Very spacious room. Only drawback was a $35 facilities fee which included a $10 credit for overpriced minibar items.But otherwise an excedllent value, and it appears that the decor has been thoroughly modernized.

Great spot for a nightly visit”
We stayed one night here. Room was gigantic and clean. Bed was pretty good. Pillows could use improvement. One elevator was broken at the time of visit but being on second floor wasn’t that bad since we could use stairs. Def hear road noise especially during the day. Meter parking but after 7 on 38th was free saving the expensive garage fees. Would def go back again.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again even though I had a problem with my booking. I had specifically requested two beds and on arrival there was only one king bed. As there were no other rooms available, the hotel installed a rollaway bed, however had to pay extra for it.

Comfortable rooms, we had a deluxe studio with two queen beds which had plenty of space and a small room to store and hang things. Well located in easy walking distance of Central Station and Times Sq. Carlos on the door was very friendly and valet parking worked well.

Great location and hotel but be aware of service costs”
Great location. 2 minutes from Grand central station 10 minutes walk to Times square. Empire state and Madison square gdn Nice generous rooms .staff excellent but be aware that you will be charged $30 a day service charge to use gym .mini bar WiFi and coffee machine even if you don't use them.Be very aware when you check in as this is not explained very well and you will be charged

There was two plastic bags of trash laying on the sidewalk in front of the lobby entrance all day. We went in and out a number of times and no staff ever bothered to pick them up. No pride.
