애들이랑 같이 갔는데 수영장 등 시설도 좋고 아침도 훌륭했습니다. 다만, 렌트카 이용하실 생각이시면 호텔로 들어가는 제티(항구) 앞 도로가 항상 막힌다는 점은 염두에 두시기 바랍니다.

룸 내부 시설이 조금 오래된 듯하나 사용하기에 불편함이 없음. 직원태도는 바로옆에 붙어있는 같은 계열의 세인트레지스 보다 못하다는게 아쉬움.

랑카위에서 유명하다는 식당등이 있는 곳과는 거리가 멀지만 택시타면 10분 거리에 조용하게 식사며 필요한 쇼핑을 할 수 있는 랑카위 페어 쇼핑몰이 있어 만족. 호텔직원들보다 더 친절함. 만 4세 아이가 있어 굳이 택시를 타고 다녔지만 제티 포인트 정도 까지 스타벅스 커피마시러 걸어갈만 함. 구능 라야 골프장에서도 가까우며 메인 레스토랑 등에서는 spg 멤버 15% 할인도 그자리에서 가능. 아고다에서 예약해서 놓치고 지나갈 수 있지만 매일 매일 스파 프로모션을 하는데 포인트로도 사용 가능. 단 포인트 사용시 할인은 안됨. 호텔 전용 비치가 있으나 갯벌이라 그리 쾌적하진 않음. 조개가 많아 맨발도 위험.

다만, 제티 포인트 선착장(택시로 5분 거리)과 쿠아 타운(15분 거리)에서 좀 멀어요. 판타이 체낭에서도 좀 멀어요. 렌트카를 이용하지 않으면 택시로 이동해야 합니다. 그외 모든 것 만족스러웠습니다.

가든뷰 2인 예약했으나, 풀빌라로 업그레이드 됨. 방상태, 수영장, 서비스, 전부 최고였음. 쿠아 제일 안쪽에 있어 지리상 약간 불편한것 빼고는 가격대비해도 최고의 리조트 임.

5성급 호텔 이라기엔 뭔가 조금 부족한듯”
랑카위 여행자들이라면 궂이 이 호텔에 머물 필요는 없을것 같다. 식당에 가거나 쇼핑을 할때 걸어서 가기 힘들고 항상 택시를 이용해야 한다. 그렇다고 호텔이 조용하다거나 프라이빗하지도 않으며 깨끗한 바닷가 앞도 아니다. 발코니에 있던 새배설물은 3박 내내 치워지지 않았다. 잘 보이는 곳들만 대충 청소한다는 느낌.. 별 불만없이 지낼만한 호텔이긴 하나 특별하게 기분이 업되는 호텔은 아니었다.

랑카위 안쪽에 있어서 조용하지만 식사를 하거나 투어하기에는 불편했습니다. 신발이 떨어져서 실과 바늘을 물어봤는데 없다고 하고 직원 서비스는 미흡했습니다. 전에 펠랑기에 묶었었는데 그쪽이 더 좋았어요

대체적으로 좋은시설을 갖추고 있으나, 직원들은 미소가 없이 투박한 편임, 랑카위 대부분 특급 호텔의 가격과 대동소이한 가격대를 유지하고 있으나, 랑카위 관광중심지 체낭에서 거리가 먼점이 단점, 그외는 대체적으로 만족스러운 호텔임

조식 불포함, 욕실 벽도 이상”
예약할 땐 몰랐는데, 알고보니 조식 불포함이더라구요. 아고다에서 여러 건 예약했지만 전부 조식 포함이었는데, 체크인 할 때 그 사실 알고 당황&불쾌했습니다. (자세히 살펴보지 않은 제 불찰인가요? 그렇다면 차라리 조식포함에서 숙박료를 높이는 것이 더 나을 듯..) 적지 않은 금액을 별도로 지불했지만, 정작 조식 구성도 다른 5스타 호텔에 비해서 별로였고, 직원들 대응도 민첩하지 못했어요. Superior Patio 룸이었는데, 욕실과 침실 공간을 구분하는 벽이 통유리 같은 걸로 돼있어서, 유리에 실루엣 다 비치고, 밤에 욕실 불 켜면 침실까지 밝아져서 별로. 창문에 암막 커튼도 없어서 빛 다 들어오구요.

오션뷰룸은 방에서 바다가 보이지 않고, 발코니에 나가서 몸을 밖으로 빼야만 바다가 보임. 전체적으로 낡고, 지저분한 느낌을 받을 수 있다는 것을 감안하고 예약해야 할 것임.

My husband, our 3-year old daughter and I stayed in the one-bedroom villa with partial ocean view from 3rd until 7th October 2021. Honestly, it was one of the best decision we ever made to stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. I emailed the resort beforehand with our arrival details as we were entitled to a 2-way airport transfer. When we arrived in Langkawi International Airport, we were greeted by The Westin staff who escorted us to the MPV to be chauffer-driven to the Resort. Farah helped us with checking-in and she is a very delightul person. We really loved the villa. It is secluded from the main Resort buildings, very quite, clean and we were entitled to breakfast being sent to the villa upon request. We did have our breakfast delivered to the villa on the last day and had breakfast at the Seasonal Tastes on other days. The breakfast spread was very good with wide variety of choices. I personally enjoyed the dim sum, freshly made roti canai, beef and chicken rendang, and the fresh healthy beetroot + celery juice served in bottle. All the staff at breakfast followed strict COVID-19 SOP and we observed an overall good adherence to SOP throughout the Resort. We also had a few glasses of virgin colada from The Splash pool bar and the pool bar boys were all very friendly and helpful. During our stay, we had the chance to have a good chat with Mr Haider and Mr Shan (Director of Operations) to provide some feedback,and they were both very pleasant to talk to. It is evident Mr Haider and Mr Shan truly care about the staff, the guests and the Resort, and they are already doing great! We went to Tide restaurant for dinner one night and had Tomahawk with medium doneness to share. It must be one of the best Tomahawk we ever had and the price is reasonable considering the exceptional quality and taste. Again, the staff who attended to us, Ms Shima was very friendly and pleasant. I had the chance to do a 5 km run on one sunny morning and ran around the villa pocket as w

Everything was just perfect and service was excellent! I will just give full marks for every point Location was strategic, very near to the jetty, lots of delicious restaurants nearby, near to Haji Ismail Group and Ram’s for shopping. Ambience was very soothing and beautiful. The moment we drove into the hotel, it gave a calming and classy vibe. Hotel area is huge, place is quiet, interior is elegant, 3 large pools facing the ocean. Perfect for a short getaway to heal body and mind. Staffs were excellent, very polite and so kind I’m in love. I remember Liza who helped us from booking and bringing us to the villa. You are so kind and nice, thank you for everything you did for me and my friends. The moment she served us I knew I had to write a good review for this hotel. Breakfast was delicious! And there were a lot of choices. Since it was an ala carte buffet style, all the staffs there patiently and politely served us. Me and my 4 other friends have huge hungry stomachs to be filled, but the staff really serves us well, I’m touched. Rooms that we stayed were absolutely perfect! It was a villa with a private pool, very beautiful interior. Although there were monkeys but they just kept quiet stayed still. Overall it was the best experience for me and my best friends. Worth every cent we paid. Relaxed our mind and body and we will definitely come back again

Perfect for families with small children”
We have been to Langkawi many times. Stayed at more than 7 different hotels, westin exceeds my expectations! We had a pool villa and it was perfect, but perhaps a small lick of paint is required, the choice of several swimming pools was also very good with the baby pool and infinity pool perfect for my 18 month old Although restaurant was expensive the service and food at the tide restaurant was lovely at sunset. The car pick up service was ace, the house cleaning staff was super attentive, the check in was effective. We stayed at the st Regis before and wanted to try the westin but could still use st Regis, the Regis swimming pool is less child friendly The hotel was a good choice to keep that social distancing happening and to avoid the crowds it has its own beach which was remote and isolated. Would I stay again! Absolutely! Well done westin!

Awesome stay in Langkawi”
My family and I had a good time in Westin. We upgraded our room to a room with balcony and unlimited view for only RM200 for 2 nights. The staffs were very nice, trying to make small conversations each time we went by. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with variety choices of food. They have 3 swimming pools: The Infinity Pool, The Kids Pool and The Rock Pool. All three swimming pools were big and comfortable to be used by families with young kids. The SOP was carefully followed and implemented throughout my stay in the hotel. However, I wish the water pressure from the rain shower head may be improved as the pressure was quite low. Anyhow, overall, we were very happy and we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Excellent hotel! But not airport lounge!”
Wonderful 2 night stay. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The private villa facing the sea is amazing, very nice interior, well equipped. They even have a lounge at the airport for the guests, very nice interior BUT the ladies toilet in the lounge was filthy, what a shame and what a disappoinment, the wc seemed liked it has not been properly cleaned for a while, even the public toilet at the airport is cleaner. Your staff manning the lounge was also busy talking to his friend. Professionalism much needed here.

Peaceful corner of Langkawi”
Love the hotel, the infinity pool , the facilities, staff. We had a great time. The hotel is walking distance to the Fisherman’s wharf where there were several pubs with a great view and nice ambience. The hotel too had a great lounge area facing the sea. We used the tennis courts, the only one thing that the hotel could do is make the 2nd tennis court more playable - need to clean or resurface the 2nd tennis court. But other than that, everything else was very good
