Overnight”
The photos of the Town Inn Suites show a pool but there is no pool. Touting newly renovated suites but ours had open wall grates, peeling wallpaper, a deep dent in the floor, still using a stove top kettle, the tub was old the office chair was missing a wheel the living room window was broken. Water pressure was good and hot water and plenty of towels. The Concierge was uniformed of local restaurants (260m) away and didn’t know the address of his his own hotel. But if you want to be in the heart of the Village it’s a great spot

Not recommended at all”
I booked and paid for a Suite King Deluxe and on arrival they say they had a problem with their systems and they can only give me a Standard Room. No partial refund or compensation at all. Take it or leave it. Super rude and impolite or even a scam if you ask me. Other than that the room was big but the shower was dirty. Breakfast is served in a super small room and you can see people eating standing or bringing the food to their rooms as there is almost no place to eat. Crazy. Definitely not what you expect when you pay 300€ a night. Please avoid this place if you can.

Mean receptionist”
Receptionist was rude and mean to me but very nice to another white couple when I checked in. Our room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled like smoke when we got in. Air conditioning was hard to turn on so we had to call maintenance twice. Overall, the place is okay.

Absolutely horrible”
If I could give less then one star I would, they were unbelievably rude and we didn’t even get to stay there because we were unaware that we needed a credit card for security Deposit we thought our visa debit card would be suitable as we are in our very early 20s and don’t have credit cards, they were beyond rude at the fact we didn’t understand that and we’re not interested in giving us a refund as we’re unable to stay so we completely wasted 500$ and had no where to stay for the night in Toronto. If they would’ve explained nicely and maybe even attempted at helping us find a solution I would be writing this review differently, they manager got in my fiancés face aggressively and this place just professional AT ALL.

Despite good service, the hotel's advertised amenities weren't accurate (no pool or gym). Other people's issue with their key card being messed up is likely their own fault (re: keeping them too close to their credit cards). Unfortunately, false advertising is a deal breaker.

I paid far less a night for this room compared to the other rproperties around Toronto I was a little skeptical at first but we ended up getting the king suite upgrade the room was beautiful everything was very clean and what a great location my next trip to Toronto I will come back here for sure

Underrated hotel”
This hotel made our trip memorable. We were worried that it might only look good in pictures but what you see is what you'll get. Room was spacious and staff were very accomodating. It was close to nearby restaurants and groceries. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great Place for a Weekend Stay”
The hotel is centrally located. It is pretty easily accessible from the nearby subway station. It is located in Toronto’s hipster area full of nice bars and restaurants. A huge supermarket is situated within a walking distance from it too. Since it has suites in its offer, the space ones pays for is quite impressive. I had a fully equipped kitchen and a living room at my disposal. Interestingly, there was also quite a big balcony, yet its door was locked. I stayed in the room no. 1201, and what struck me in it was its cleanliness. I loved the huge and clean bed I had. The bathroom too was spotless. The amenities were just about enough for my two nights stay. If returning to Toronto for a weekend, I would stay there again without hesitation!

Older hotel, reflected in price”
Room felt more like a furnished apartment unit than a hotel, which is fine by me. That being said, its a little old and there were some drawers that were clearly crooked/broken, the tv was definitely outdated, and there were minor plumbing issues.

Clean, but lacking a few things”
We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with 4 adults and an infant. It’s a bright, spacious common area with an updated kitchen, quiet microwave, and some kitchen supplies. However, it was lacking a toaster and there was no dish soap or dish cloth supplied. There is a dishwasher but minimal plates and cutlery so washing some by hand becomes necessary. Luckily we were only there for one night or we may have gone out to get a few more supplies. If you need extra towels, try the linen closet in the hallway. We asked the Concierge for more late at night and it was quick and painless to get more… then we found the extras Lol! Also, only 1 plug/charging unit is in the king bed room, so the person on the other side of the bed would have to charge their phone prior to sleeping if they needed it for an alarm or anything. I would stay here again.

Overseas Visitors ”
Location was ideal. View from our penthouse apartment was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Servicing of our room was great even though we were told there would be none. We were paying top dollar for an area where the upgrading was incomplete - old loose wall paper in bathroom and the ceiling above our bed was damaged and marked! The plumbing in the shower was old school with no mixer so it altered when others in their rooms used their showers. Cold to very hot and back again wasn’t pleasant. Our last two mornings we had loud banging and crashing going on from 5.30 am, no one seemed to know why.

Large accomodations”
The suites at this hotel are very large with a full kitchen and all the amenities. I was very surprised that there was no ice machine on premises nor ice trays in the freezer. Overall for Toronto this was a good value for our group. But compared to other places on our trip it was less for the money than the other places we stayed.
