Small hotel with clean and comfortable bed”
We decided to stay in this hotel after we found out about this hotel during our last trip to KL. This is a hidden Jem in Pudu . Surround by nice eateries. Very friendly staff and owner. The room is very quiet and we slept well during our stay there.. Water pressure in the shower is strong. We like the hotel rooms and already booked 2 rooms for our Nov trip.

Very pleasant and cozy place. Room was spotless and great value. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Near to the city center, while the immediate neighborhood is a treasure trove of local food.

Clean, very affordable on weekend”
We booked last minute on Friday night. Arrived in the middle of the night and still smooth checking. Clean, nice lobby where you put pins on maps of your home country. Room was a bit small but clean. Great solution to charge your electronics. Super fast internet!

No frills but clean + quiet”
The UB is located in a square of mostly printing shops so is very quiet overnight.The hotel is well maintained but the rooms don't have fridge/kettle etc.A water dispenser is near the lift.The young front desk man was friendly.No one there from midnight to 8am so don't lose your keycard.The area itself is a gem of ,mostly Chinese, budget friendly restaurants including 3 vegetarian ones.Others specialize in clay pot chicken or duck. My only complaint was the pillow was very hard .

Booked the most expensive room but to my suprise there is no TV so i cant watch world cup. And wifi are super slow.

It's like a hidden gem”
Excellent place! Staff: Very friendly and attentive. Location: 15 mins walk from Berjaya Time Square. Considering Grab is very convenient and affordable, this location is perfect. No traffic jam. Value for money: Hostel price yet very spacious! This hotel has lift to level 3. Cleanliness: The area around the hotel isn't clean. However, I'm impressed with how they maintain the cleanliness of the room. No mosquitoes. Facilities: Everything's great. However, if we just focus solely on the facilities, they aren't best. Basic items were provided. Minimalist concept at its best.

Value for money, Improve sound proof”
Overall a satisfied stay. I checked in midnight. Staff is ok, they offered me umbrella the next day while it is raining when Im going out. Just the sound proof need to improve as morning time other room customer woke up and I still wish to continue my nap.
