Great place to stay if you have to be near the hospital”
I stayed here for 3 nights as my daughter was admitted to the nearby hospital and they only allowed one caretaker (my wife) to stay overnight. Rather than drive to n from my house everyday to see my wife and daughter, i stayed in Urban Living as it was a 5 minutes drive to the hospital. I only used the room from 10pm-7am everyday. It had all the things i needed, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and great location. There are restaurants and a grocery store in the same building block. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very worth with what you pay”
Frontdesk staff are very kind. I request for early check in (12pm) and late check out (2pm) as i had urgent matter. The staff allowed me to do so without any extra charges. Surrounding are very nice, calm and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel to other!

My second time..”
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel..it’s worth the money and most importantly, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! As for the room, rest assured you’ll have your own privacy, you will be able to sleep through the night without waking up to noises next door or outside. There’s a vending machine at the lobby for you to buy your snacks..

Great for short stay ”
I stayed for 1 night and fall in love with this hotel. Got a few cafe at lower floor, It has smart TV (my preference) clean place, I can sleep well. Please bring your own toiletrist. They proved shower gel & Syampoo only. Ironing facilities at lobby level 4. the hotel design is aestetically pleasing with beautiful sofa here and there. great for the gram. The staff also very friendly. Definitely will come again.

It's located nearby mahsa and UM, although difficult to find if first time visit, but the environment, room and etc are so nice and clean, strongly recommend and will stay again next time.

Comfy and clean”
the room is small and suited for the resting activity. there are cafe's but open til 6pm. Food Panda is accessible so it's easy to get food. the rooms can be considered cheap, the mattress is comfy, and location is easy to reach. parking is easy for VIP only RM15 day.

This time I traveled by myself and I think this place is suitable for a short solo staycation. Overall all is good and worth the price.

Good place but not the one I would recommend...”
Security wasnt friendly and not helpful at all. Kept yelling at us to park at Block B. If i knew where it was, i wouldn't ask. Check in was smooth but the room service is very slow. We requested a ironing board but it took us 3 hours to wait. I had to call the management in order to get it asap. Room was clean and the shower heater was working good. Parking charges is RM6 (max) and the parking is always full.

Absolutely amazing”
Plus point for the hotel for being new with cozy room and toilet.Staffs are friendly,nearby the famous pokok.kl cafe and groceries shop. i will suggest some improvement such as to place laundry plastic in the room as well as kettle. Otherwise we have had a memorable stay.

Satisfying but not satisfied”
I went for a stay here for convocation day. I am satisfied with the accomodation but if you are trying to do makeup, this place is not for you. It has no mirrors at all in the bedroom. However, it has in the bathroom but the lights is very dim which is very disappointing. There should be a better lighting where there’s a mirror. Also, the parking price is not free and the pay is very expensive. You should pay per entry for RM7 & sometimes the price change which is suspicious. It is hard for those people who need to have important business to went in and out of the building. Also, the iron is not included in each room but only on the lobby area. The iron is also faulty, I got my shawl burned even I set it to a minimum temperature. Overall, I had not a very good experience staying here but the facilities are very nice.
