Welcome to our small but uniquely stylish agoda! Located at the heart of the city, you can unwind and enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette (Microwave, personal refrigerator, utensils and electric kettle).
Stay Connected with high- speed WI-fi and indulge in endless entertainment with unlimited Netflix and Prime Videos for your binge-watching pleasure. Your cozy urban escape awaits!!
The unit is located at the 3rd floor level of an apartment bldg (however pls be informed that the building does not have an elevator).
It is about 18 sq.m equipped with 1 queen size bed, bar counter table and kitchenette for food heating.
It also has it's own full toilet and bath, with shower heater and bidet.
For entertainment, we have several reading materials and 32 inch android TV that has WI-FI, Netflix, prime video and Disney+.
The unit is maybe small, but it has all the necessary features you'll need for a comfortable stay.
There is a parking space for motorcycle inside the gated perimeter, but we do not offer parking for 4 wheel vehicles.
There's are possible parking space along 1st street, eagle st or puffin st. but the availability and security is not guaranteed.
Parking along J.Molina street is not allowed.
The building is along J.Molina st and easily accessible to public transportation. It can be access thru grab and other transpo app.
You can also ride tricycle or jeepney if you walk 5mins to F. Torres st. that will take you to LRT stations (Katipunan, Anonas, Cubao, etc.)

우리는 실망했습니다. 저와 제 아기에게 벌레 물린 자국이 많이 생겼습니다. 아마도 침대 시트와 리넨이 제대로 교체되거나 청소되지 않았기 때문인 것 같습니다. surfaces가 한동안 닦이지 않아 창문에 눈에 띄는 먼지가 있었습니다. 싱크대에 여러 개의 금이 간 타일이 있는 것을 발견했고, 일부 모서리는 날카로웠습니다. 특히 아이들이 다칠 수 있을 것 같은 걸 쉽게 상상할 수 있습니다. 또한 방 안에 추가 쓰레기 봉투나 청소 도구(빗자루, 쓰레받기)를 제공할 것을 제안합니다. 관리진이 즉각 이 문제를 해결하여 적절한 위생 기준을 유지하길 바랍니다.

Although we constantly work to make sure that every visitor has a relaxing and easy stay we are aware that there is always room for improvement. You can be sure that before each check-in all of the linens and sheets are changed and cleaned. Prior to each guests arrival our units undergo a comprehensive cleaning and sanitization process and time-stamped photographs are taken to document their condition. Simple cleaning supplies like a dustpan and broom are always accessible just outside the unit for your convenience. We also encourage visitors to contact us with any questions or concerns while they are visiting; regrettably we did not receive any messages about insect bites or other problems during your visit.
