힐링 리조트”
조식은 괜찮은 편인데 따로 점심이나 저녁 식사때 가격 대비 음식이 맛이 없어요. 리조트는 너무 이쁘고 깨끗하고 위치상 조금 외졌지만 힐링하고 리조트에서 푹 쉳시실 원하는 분은 최고!! 다만 점심 저녁은 외져서 다른데서 해결하기 힘들지만 바다쪽으로 호텔 바로 옆의 로컬 식당 싸고 맛 있어요. 바로 옆 바다가 평상에서 받는 마사지도 최고에요.

풀빌라 가든뷰”
너무 좋았어요 오션뷰랑 고민을 많이 했는데 오히려 가든뷰가 더 프라이빗하고 좋았던 것 같아요 일단 룸이 너무 좋아요 비싼 값어치를 했던거 같아요 조식은 생각보다 종류가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 그래도 괜찮았어요

풀빌라 이용 시!”
풀빌라 자체는 너무 좋고, 시설이나 개인 풀장이나 좋았어요. 다만 입장 부터 다이닝을 권유 받았고, 신혼이라 뭐 이정도 써야지 해서 했는데 가격 대비 만족스럽지 못했어요. 조식보다 저녁 다이닝 맛 별로 였어요. 30만원대의 금액이었는데, 와인 따로 중간중간 망고밥 등등 더 추가 금액을 들이는 offer가 있었으며, 물을 먹을때 마다 따라 줬는데 하나에 3000원대의 물 가격을 고지 없이 청구 했어요. 그런 부분들은 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 디자인이나 건물 외관 등은 너무 좋았는데 서비스 면이 아쉬웠네요.

스몰럭셔리 리조트라고 했는데 확실히 좋긴 좋아요 리조트 전체적으로 이쁘고 룸은 크고 청소상태 좋았고 조식은 메뉴가지가 많지는 않았지만 맛있었고 직원들 친절했고 룸도 큼직하고 수영장도 너무 이쁘고 음악 틀어주는데 분위기 죽이고 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 좋긴한데.. 이 가격이 맞나싶네요..? 주말이기도 하고 하루전날에 예약해서 비싸게 예약하기도 했고 체크인할때 투숙객 중 한명이 취소했다고해서 비치프론트 방으로 업그레이드해서 숙박하긴했는데 박당 40 가까이 주고 숙박했는데 이 가격에 어울릴만한 초럭셔리 리조트는 솔직히 납득 안되네요

Highly recommended in Cha-am!”
I was a bit reluctant to book this hotel as it was located in Cha-am (I've been to Hua Hin several times and used to stay at hotels like the Hilton, etc. there - and liked the close proximity to the local markets, etc.) - but traveling with my cousin who was a Thai native and had a car made it much easier to stay in this location. The pictures on the website are what you see upon check-in. The place is much bigger than I thought and the gardens are well-kept. Nobody was swimming in the pool (mostly Thais were staying here?) as it was very "cold" (December temps in the 60s-70s Fahrenheit). Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very accommodating. We received 2 complimentary drinks upon check-in. We were escorted to our room and it was very clean. The housekeeping staff even clean in the evening to do a quick bed-fold and room check (an additional clean from the normally scheduled cleaning in the middle of the day). The room I booked was the beach view and it was stunning. The bathtub outside was clean and offered amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast was also stunning and offered both western and Thai cuisines. There were many Instagram-worthy shots as you can probably tell from all the Thai locals taking photos of the views/buildings left and right. Check-out was also a breeze. I did not experience any problems during my stay. My favorite things about this place was the architecture, cleanliness, wonderful service, interior design, proximity to pool/beach. Some things I wish were it was closer to Hua Hin, but since we had a car it was not a big deal. It was very children-friendly, but we did not see many families there. It was not crowded when we went in December 2021.

- Great staffs and even securities! Great attitude, great services mind, super nice and friendly, willing to help and support. They treated us with smile and respect. - Room is well-designed and decorated. Very clean - Bed: i can stay in the bed all day long - Breakfast: thumbs up! - Facilities: 24/7 fitness, free rental bicycle - Space: the hotel located in Sheraton project where there are residences , cafes, other hotel in the same area. Thus it gives you a lot of spaces to run, walk, or cycling. In overall, take my moneyyyyy! I will defenitely going back!

My kids love the pool so much. It’s clean and clam place. The scenery is fantastic. Overall the staff is so nice, lovely and ready to help. I will definitely come again. If you love taking picture this place is perfectly perfect. You can walk around and take picture almost every single conner. I really fall in love with this place. 💕

Great hotel with a great staffs.”
All of staffs are friendly from FOM who wrote me a welcome letter to door man and HK oh!! also F&B staffs were also nice especially breakfast receptionist even she got a lot of things to do on that day which was very busy. (6.12.21) One recommendation is a pool which should have a warm water system but here do not have. Anyway, it is understandable that a period I visited was a winter season which most of Thailand’a weather is warm that’s why it is not installed.

I love this hotel! I can rest in the room and admire the beach view, the sunset all day. The staff are extremely helpful and are proficient in English. The gym is 24 hours. The pool is so clean and big. The restaurants serve delicious food and drinks too!
