Excellent place”
This place is superb. Very nice building with great amenities. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is really friendly and give a fast response. The pools or the recreational floor are divine. The only regret i have is that the place is so pack with other guests and the guests are not really following the rules for example to wear swimming attire in the pool. Perhaps the management can be more strict on this matter.

Perfect Homestay! Very recommended!”
The host is very friendly, where make the check in smoothly. They direct me to the room and show me the function of appliances. The room is clean and the view is superb. I love also the the facilities in the apartment where got a swimming pool and a lazy river. Check out the refund of deposit took some days but it is ok for me. Deposit fully refunded and they do notify me once banked in. Good Job, Victoria Home.

Spacious, clean, good value for money”
My family and I spent a night here and we loved it. The unit is surprisingly bright, more spacious and newer than we thought. There are kids' utensils in the kitchen, which is very helpful when travelling with kids. Good that they provide parking space too. Overall, this is a good experience. It exceeds my expectation for the price I paid.

Room was very spacious, clean & affordable.. Overall is a good stay with Modern & Nice Studio Deco. Everything is Superb.. Team Victoria Home Arte Plus was very ~ friendly, helvpful & Good Service. reception guy are supper frendly but sepatutnya checkin pukul 3pm but they said cleaner blm finishing cleaning till 4am while time check out 11am ? seriously ?? i wait for one hour to check in, klau tak me and my hubs ask to back home klau tunggu lama lagi.. bgi yg kurang kesabaran itu bleh pilih another place i think.. overal that apartment really nice place..

The house is so spacious and we had a very good time here. There were also washing machine and dryer here so for those who stay for a long time can wash your cloth here.clean and jice place but only provide 1 parkin lot

Accomodation with unique exterior”
As a frequent traveller this accomodation is a good value for money I found in KL city centre. I paid price of hotel room for an entire studio apartment. It’s clean, well-managed, comfortable and brand new. I’ve made my second booking at Victoria Home Arte Plus.

We had great and spacious room. It's super clean, looked like brand new. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care. Overall we are enjoying the stay at Victoria Home and definitely will come again 😊

Nice deco, helpful staff, ”
Nice decoration for deluxe studio. Located at 34th floor, you will not listen to kids noise from swimming pool that start from early morning. Upon arrival, expect a bit of “Treasure Hunt” to find your unit. Better don’t carry your bag first until you find your way to your room. Luckily they have helpful staff (Alif) to guide you patiently on how to exchange lift properly.

Strongly Recommended!”
My third day of staying here with my family. Fulfill all my requirements, big bed, non smoking area and staying in a same unit for our next booking. Feeling like home. Scenic view from 28th floor. Children enjoyed swimming and relaxing at recreational area. Thanks to excellent and helpful staffs Putra, Aliff and Syafiq. Will come again later.

Amazing view ! ”
Pros: - value for money - The view at night is amazing - Everything is new and clean - self check in was easy. - Soap & shampoo were provided. - fully equipped kitchen & utensils - hair dryer & iron were provided - extra mattress & pillow - wifi provided - can park outside property alongside the road Cons : -the elevator system is very confusing. And tiring 😅 . We get lost a lot looking for the right elevator to go here and there. - poor pool maintainence ( mould in the lazy river is clearly visible ) -No supermarket nearby. - no cable tv ( there are few local channels) - tv is not smart tv. ( altho there's wifi, cant connect to netflix or anything online ) - drinking water is not provided

The instruction to the room quite clear and the room is so big, clean and unique interior design. Pleasant stay ever. However need to improve the tv. Perhaps add some netflix.

Stayed in 3BR Executive Spacious, great interior and clean Staff [Mr. Putra] was really helpful Self check-in. Finding the house, starting from d house key was like playing treasure hunt. (instruction given) a bit tricky apt. Do text d host early for smooth check in. Deposit of RM200 is needed. Wishing that te host can provide 2 access cards, since u need the card to every building facilities and giving a big trouble when u are in a group. Arte Plus is a good spot for photo, no doubt but pls avoid staying on weekend, crowded and lift is small and slow. My suggestion

Private and Good Security for guest”
The hotel room is self check in and check out. Very private and double secure system for guest safety. Every room have private lift to reach. It may take some time to wait for lift. Hotel room door lock also have a password for secure. The hotel room have a very nice view of city.

Value for money”
Provided everything’s like washing machine, tv, cooker, microwave, fridge, hair dryer and iron. Just need to click the “contact property” if you booking through Agoda to contact the owner (Aliff/Adi) to get the details to check in. The process is fast and smoothly. They provided parking lot if you are driving as well.

Excellent service. The staff named Hadi, was very friendly and helpful during the stay. He even helped push my car into place when I had an issue with my car upon check-in! Totally satisfied! Thank you!
